As always the KLM crew took extra ordinary care of all of use. The service was wonderful and I scooted off the flight ahead of the girls to make my very short connection. It was alright."

Pros: "Comfy seat, excellent food. Good variety of drinks. But it depends on the aircraft, there are still those with old business class interior and they don't offer that much comfort."

The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"

Delta/Air France clearly singled her out. i am outraged! I have traveled many, many times and have sent hundreds of students on nearly the same trip -- and none have had as rough a time as she had. They will be hearing from me."

Pros: "The crew was super friendly and always gave the feeling that they want the customers to feel comfortable and enjoy the flight. One of the crew members even offered me to move to an emergency exit seat (without me asking to move) because I am tall. Amazing!"

Iberia changed my seats without my knowledge, and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. Directions to our connecting flight in the airport by Iberia staff was confusing and they were extremely rude. We asked 3 different times! We were in danger of missing our connecting flight. Iberia is the worst airlines I have ever experienced, and I will never purchase a flight on Iberia again! Lesson learned!"

No complimentary snacks; had to pay for everything. Decent selection of food. The entry attendants were inconsistent with hand luggage size and took my correctly size soft bag to check but allowed larger hard luggage on the plane."

Because we were in the last row we got the food last. It wasn't particularly tasty. There was no choice in food. They just dropped some beef dish on or trays. The woman ahead was a vegetarian. The flight attendant told her her only option was to eat peanuts. Extra water was never offered. The breakfast sandwich with ham and cheese was inedible. It was cold and tasteless and difficult to chew. I've been on about 30 international flights. This was one of the three worst ever."

Cons: "They forced us to check our bags at the gate even though we had an international connection to make in London--to continue flying to Chicago. As a result, we had to go through customs and security in London, and would have most definitely missed our connecting flight back home to the States if not for a woman in customs at Heathrow who let us cut to the front of the line. I will never fly Iberia again and will be lodging a formal complaint."

Cons: "When we arrived at AirPort El Dorado, we discovered that our flight was cancelled/has been changed without warning us! They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"

Secondly, in my already fear of being on the opposite side of the plane as my husband, a couple rows back from me a man died on our flight - before take off. The crew and a few passengers did all they knew how to do with CPR, but it was chaotic. Too many people were surrounding him and passengers were getting involved where they should have just stayed out of the way. Needless to say, this was the worst flight I have been on in my entire life. It took the paramedics 40 minutes to get to him. That is terrifying to me. Thankfully there were a couple passengers that were doctors and nurses. I had to breathe into a bag to keep from fainting. Luckily, a couple of passengers traded seats with my husband so he could comfort me in this nightmare. I feel horrible for the man that lost his life on that flight."
