The update about flights and the terminal changes information was great.

Decrepit planes, poor business class layout designed to maximize revenue, no decent movie selection.

Entertainment did not work from DC to London. Was not able to check in online during my return journey from Mumbai to London. Food was good!

Overall it was not a pleasant experience, I was given the middle seat even though I asked for a change they didn’t honor

I had an awful experience with British Airways as they broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and when I went to complain they told me that this was not their responsibility. This has to be one horrible airline that does not take responsibility for the damage that they have created

Some how my flight was canceled, neither BA or Justfly.com accepted responsibility. I only found out about this the day before when I tried to check in. I had to book another flight which due to the time ( day before) cost me $300 more. I was still receiving notifications about the flight even when I was on another flight from you. So no my flight to London was not good.

Everything was very good! I personally struggled with the heat in the cabin for the first 2 hours

Very caring crew on board. Didn’t have dinner as I was sleeping. Was seating in the emergency row so I had comfortable leg room

Poor check in rude attitude by a lady staff being we both of us are senior citizen and diabetic we have asked for seats in centre particularly not Window seat but she allotted Window seat such a rude and inhuman behaviours Really we are very sorry
