I guess they tried to have movies only with British actors/actresses. Nothing current. That’s pretty bad for almost. 10 hours flt. He seats in business class between Heathrow to Rome were like regular seats except with the middle seat blocked off. Food was just ok."

They also could have been having a bad day too with the flight. :/"

By the time we made it to the connection flight in London they closed the gate and never made it our next leg. We got rebooked and made it to New York where we were supposed to get a hotel room. Never happened. Sleeping on the floor in the terminal."

Cons: "5h before take off, it was impossible to have 2 seats next to another!!! we were even on different floors in the plane! the employees at the counter and then in the Heathrow airport were not able to join. on mentioned that the plane had been overbooked. I thought these practices had stopped. only the employee at the gate managed to move us to be at least on the same floor of the plane. very disappointed."

Cons: "There was a lot of turbulence but I know this is not the fault of the airline. Additionally, the in-flight entertainment was not working properly and this had to be reset on request. There were no wet towels/wipes to wipe our hands."
Cons: "Couldn't check-in online. Website said to go to airport and talk to staff - should have said: "invalid passport, get new one!" That would have been so much more helpful. Substandard food, especially 'breakfast'"

Cons: "The seats are narrow, could be wider (please see Cathay Pacific layout - they are the best in the One World Alliance). The amount of storage space at the seat level was limited. Limited lighting available when one wants lights for personal use. Lastly, the person sitting in the window seat has to "step over" the aisle person (is he/she is sleeping) - not a good design."

Cons: "Although the seats had some leg room more than many airlines, the leg room is tight for a ten hour flight. Again I paid money thinking I was purchasing more leg room. I’m not sure what the charge was for???"
Pros: "Very smooth security and boarding process at Gatwick. It was worth the extra $11 to have pre-selected my seat, 9C, in the second row of Coach on the aisle. The seating was a bit cramped, and the flight was full, but being up front made everything more pleasant. The landing process in Valencia went very well, and the metro to the town center was very efficient."
Cons: "The flight attendants had some problems initially with the electronic card reader for taking payments for food and beverage. It's always a bit jarring to me to be onboard an airplane where there's not a single complimentary beverage option, but I know it's common on many non-US carriers."

Pros: "I was seated on the upper deck of a 747 (63K) and had plenty of room. The cabin was quiet even though the plane was full. Service was excellent. I enjoyed the food. Cabin crew were great."
Cons: "The entertainment system was old and didn't have the selection of programs available on newer aircraft. Flight map was not at all detailed. Time for an upgrade BA! Boarding was a bit of mess. BA has so many different categories of who gets to board first that it got to be very confusing. People couldn't understand if it was their turn or not and people kept being turned away to wait their turn. It would be far easier if people were given a number from 1-5 like Air Canada and they call those numbers which are also printed on your boarding pass. I was flying business class and I think it a terrible cheek that they charge extra (in my case $129-$159 EACH WAY) to select your seat in advance. That's insane considering what I have already spent on the business class ticket. Seems like a money grab to me. I usually fly Air Canada, and this high extra charge will probably make me think twice about flying BA in the future."
