The seat was ok, but I found the pillows to be very small and flat. I needed multiple pillows. The head rest was not adjustable, so I also found this to be uncomfortable. Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

I had to give the ticket agent my credit card and she charged my card 400.48! The AA agent was mean and very unprofessional. She told me I had three minutes to make a decision or be stuck in Toronto until the next day. My flight was delayed and I would have made it with no problem. I even have Global Entry! My original flight to Miami was non-stop, instead I had to take a flight that connected in Miami. That flight was two hours late! This was the worst experience I ever had!"

Also, while it was nice that they had entertainment options, it seemed pretty expensive (~$8 for new movies, and ~$6 for VERY old movies (like from the 2000s)). I suppose that's the cost of entertainment, but I have flown with Virgin America airline and they seemed to have more reasonable pricing/better selection."

This is a small airport - TRI cities TN - absolutely zero customer focus by and American Airline employee - and I asked to sp all with a supervisor and manager with the hope I would get my phone back. Worst service and zero caring attitude I’ve dealt with - and I fly a lot. It will be Delta from here on out. I went on line and filed a complaint and lost and found report - am betting a large amount of money I hear nothing other than an automated reply."
