The flight crew on board w as wonderful! Polite and willing to help. The land crew at the check in wasn't so good. Especially the manager at Newark airport was very not willing to help, disrespectful and with no pation. She didn't let my husband, who needs a wheelchair wait on the wheelchair for his helper who had a problem with the boarding pass (where she didn't want to help). She forced him to get up from the wheelchair!!!!!!!! Shame on such airline!!!!!!! She didn't want to tell her name. At WAW airport the man who pushed his wheelchair was very rude and didn't want to help put his carry ons in place on the plane. He also didn't let his helper go with him, but the on board staff helped him!
