The ride was comfy and crew members were nice. Really appreciate the option of the airport shuttle for passengers from near by states (NJ & PA) by EVA.

When I did not comply to what she was asking she very rudely did what she was asking me to do yet I could not hear or understand her. She even rolled her eyes. Very uncalled for and rude."
I liked when we actually were allowed to get on the airplane back to Edmonton… What could’ve been better well, not having our flight be delayed five hours could’ve been better… And then canceling our flight from Edmonton to Toronto, and then rescheduling us to fly from Honolulu to Edmonton -Edmonton to Vancouver, and then Vancouver to Toronto with a 12 hour layover in Edmonton pretty much was hell… Total travel time to get home 38 hours that’s really what could’ve been better. The two gate attendants for WestJet in Honolulu told us to come back to the gate to try to make other arrangements because they had to board the Calgary flight 1st and they didn’t have time to talk to me but by the time I came back when they told us to they said you should’ve come earlier to make these arrangements everyone else already changed their flights… We found out later that 30 people did not get on the 2:30 AM Edmonton flight. They ended up getting on the midnight flight to Calgary and making other arrangements to Toronto and so forth which we could’ve taken advantage of that if they had allowed us to when I initially had went up and approached the two gate attendance one of their names was Denise. One of the kindest WestJet employee was the one who received us in Edmonton, who felt so bad about the entire situation she got us for more meal vouchers and flew us first class from Vancouver to Toronto. In Honolulu they had given us two vouchers to use for dinner and they weren’t valid outside of Canada so we had purchased a meal and they were completely useless… But nowhere did it say that they could only be used in Canada So when we received more food vouchers in Edmonton, all of them did end up working in Canada, but it was just so convoluted. Overall, we have traveled to other countries even going as far as Africa… and that experience was far easier than flying to Hawaii from Canada I cannot believe any of this happened and how inconvenient it was We arrived, exhausted after 38 hours of travel, and could not even go to work on Monday. I look forward to hearing from KAYAK or from WestJet for some sort of compensation over the situation.
The plane was very warm and stuffy, overhead air jet running very weakly: disconcerting when Covid is still a real concern. ie: fresh air would be nice. On arrival, a 15 minute wait once the plane was stopped at the gate before the door was opened to let passengers leave. Then a 50 minute wait for luggage.

We had to board by bus when the skyway was right there. Humiliating. We had to carry our luggage down about 20 steps, get on a crowded bus and then climb a lot of steps just to get to the skyway. I won’t fly Air Canada again!!

3.5 hour late leaving due to mechanical issue, crew time out and over heated plane
Chicago Airport made it impossible to make our flight so my 7 year old had to sleep on chairs through the night and I am still up. Terrible experience.
Travelling from Frankfurt to Dubrovnik. After checking in at the gate had to go down two flights of stairs with carry on luggage etc and then load onto bus to go to apron where plan was and then again up another flight of stairs. Older people were struggling with this. They used an older plan and it was fine considering flight was only 1 hour 40 minutes.
Over an hour to check baggage. Baggage lost for over 3 days but was found and delivered to second hotel while on International tour. Seats were a tight fit when three people seated, On Air Canada Rouge plane no food and limited snacks. Air Canada plane better seats and snacks and food provided which was good.. Delayed ,Canceled flight and lost luggage experience, thus not a great rating.
Our plane (Canada Air) was delayed due to security concerns (or so I learned after the fact - this may or may not be true) that made it too late to make the connection to the US, since US customs closes at 8 PM. It would have been nice to have been informed of this delay while we still on the plane if at boarding it was known. That meant that I (and others) needed to spend the night at a hotel. Perhaps there needs to be an effort to book flights to the US so that they arrive at least an hour before customs closes to allow for flight delays.
Aisles are way to narrow. Seat cushions have lost all padding. Overhead storage was good. Seat numbers would be nice at the console area near the air flow for the plane we were on Could we not load the plane back to front.

Cons: "I used Kayak to find my ticket and fill out my information (all kayak logos on top of the page and so on). However, when my confirmation email and e-ticket came in, they were issued by Budgetair.com. I had no experience with them and took it to be a reliable website since they were working with Kayak. However, I had to change/cancel my flight because of delayed passport delivery, and this is when everything turned very Ugly! I had to spend an hour over the phone to get connected to an agent with BudgetAir, who disconnected the line within 2 minutes saying: “please hold so I can pull up your information”. This game went on for 6 hours. I tried to connect with the airline directly to make the change, which was not possible since Budgetair had placed a restriction on this ticket. After 6-7 hours, which meant no work for me or lunch because I was sitting behind my desk with a phone on my hand, I got through an agent who was rude and impolite. He took 15 minutes to find flights for the new dates (I did it in 2 minutes on their website), and then told me to pay $315 in extra fess. When I inquired that the prices on your website for the exact same ticket is way cheaper than my original ticket price, he got angry and aggressive. Basically implying that I have no choice to take their offer as is, or let go of my original ticket price of over $2000. Long story short, DO NOT buy from BudgetAir if you like having a peace of mind!"
