Kayak was among the missing. There was not the usual advice regarding next gate after arriving in Dallas. No communication after the reminder to check in before the Moline flight. What happened?
They should have allowed for extra time to de-ice the plane before boarding passengers. This delayed us about 10-15 mins after we boarded. Overall experience was fine. Crew was friendly and on top of everything. We didn’t have any issues during the flight.
Experience was good. We were delayed in leaving by 15 mins because the flight was waiting on a family that was late in getting to the gate. Food and drink options were as expected. I highly recommend checking in ahead of time using the airline’s app so that it’s quicker to get your luggage tags as soon as you arrive at the terminal. No more waiting in long lines!
Overall experience was great. Flights were almost on time in departing and we arrived at our destination as scheduled. No issues with amenities or flight crew. Everything went well as as expected. Will fly again with American Airlines in the future!
We never made it due to delays on both ends. Gate attendant said it was mechanical but the system said otherwise, so no compensation. That’s not right.
Our flight from Eagle to Vail was delayed to the point we missed our connection to Savannah. Now we’re a family of 4 in a hotel room with luggage, no toiletries, no clean clothes. Gate attendant said the delay was mechanical but it was put in the system as something else so no compensation. That’s just wrong.
Crew were all friendly and helpful. It was a short flight so just a beverage service with a cookie. After we were boarded the plane took about 45 minutes to leave the gate but it was New Year’s Eve so not shocking there was some delay. Overall good experience and very grateful.
After the door had been closed, the cockpit makes an announcement that catering is running late and it is not the airline's fault. It is their fault in the sense that we had to sit for 2 hours or more when we could have stayed in the terminal. Poor communications between catering and airline. This caused a young man to lose his temper and he went storming out hitting objects. He had complained to the gate agent that he had already waited at the gate 7 hours and when can the airplane leave? Airilnes do a poor job of explaining delays, maintenance issues, etc. whereas being truthful may gain more sympathy or understanding.
The captain brought my 6 year old son into the cockpit and allowed him to ask questions, sit in the captain’s chair and talk about all the gears and levers. Made the trip very special for him.
I take this flight about 6-8 times per year. It is convenient and saves an hour or two by skipping PDX, SEA, PHX, or ORD (but it takes longer to get bags to the carousel than Alaska Airlines). I wish the food service were better (but they might cut back on it because it is a red-eye). The WifI seems to go down about an hour out of Anchorage, and then comes back about an hour later...so be warned if this is an issue for you.
Great flight, great landing, nice staff. Our seats were a little cramped.
I will not be flying with westjet again. I was uncomfortable in my seat. The position made my back hurt so bad. My wife was able to fit the seatbelt around her with out an extension but was unable to put the tray table down or fit in the seat for that matter. Our bag was smashed and I spent two hours trying to fill out the application for a damaged bag before I gave up. The 80 photos I took would not work and nothing telling me the format to upload them as.. I made the mistake of unpacking the bag before taking photos so no claim for me. Next trip to Canada I will have to use air Canada.
Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected
Airplane is too small. Crew, especially the flight attendant who looked after our area, was not at all friendly and a touch authoratative. She may have been the most gruff flight attendant i've come across in 40 years of business travel
I selected "carry-on" for a round trip on Kayak, but my return flight on WestJet did not include a carry-on and they would not allow me to add one. My only option was to add a "checked bag" which I had to wait for on the luggage carousel after landing. Not a good experience.
I was seated near a "stinky" person. That's not the fault of Westjet🙁😶🌫️
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,
A little better seat cushions would be appreciated. Crews were all good.

Amazing service, with enthusiastic crew members, and some breathtaking views of Vancouver. No IFE though, as it is only a 1 hour flight on a regional Turboprop jet.
They are very proactive and made our boarding easy and always notified us about any changes well in advance.
My seat was covered in vomit and I will be reaching out to Air Canada
It's kindof ridiculous that your system is even asking me about this since my flight was canceled and I wasn't rescheduled.
3 hr delay at the gate while they were doing maintenance. Next time, do not board passengers while maintenance is being performed
Digital check in is very poor with air canada compaired to other airlines

Air Canada Rouge is great. Toronto Airport is the usual nightmare
