Paid for seat upgrades but the seats were broken so had to move to seats with no leg room. Overall, service was poor. Asked for a blanket, which everyone received but there wasn't one on my chair--told that there wasn't anymore, but then saw them give out extra blankets to people and saw a huge stack of extra blankets.

Boarding was slow and could have been faster. Flight delayed over an hour and mad rush to catch the connecting flight which was very stressful for seniors! Luggages did not make it and no compensation whatsoever. Although announcements on plane was made for passengers with connecting flights to disembark first, reality was different as not adhered.

Apart from a departure gate change, a good experience with professional, friendly staff.

Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry

The food was ordinary, this could be improved. Sleeping was comfortable enough for several hours sleep. The layover time in Manila Mabuhay lounge for 17 hours was awful. Surely I could have been given a flight to Perth within that time on another airline. At 74 years of age I find that far too long and stressful and will probably not travel with Philippine Airlines again for that reason. The food offering on board and in the lounge was also a little underwhelming. The crew were wonderful and the flight comfort was good also.

The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.

I am a tall person so the seat was rather small for me lucky for me it was a short flight or i would not have been able to fly long distance in a seat that size.

Free wifi or cheaper wifi rate will be better. Or upgrade your entertainment system.
