Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

Plane are getting old, almost an hour delay due to technical reson , after all passenger aboard. Took 4 flight on business class this trip and all the planes had an issues. PAL need to improve their planes.

Although the aircraft was an older model and lacked inflight entertainment, this was a minor trade-off considering the ticket cost was nearly 70% lower than typical fares on the ICN–FRA route. I liked cleanliness, comfort, kind staff. I thought communication about meals could be better. We did not know how we were supposed to ensure we had food and drinks in our booking

I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.
