Cons: "United 737-800 seats are cramped. The flight was severely delayed due to weather, and United did not do well in communicating that well. We had to wait 38 minutes after arriving in Toronto for baggage to start arriving in the baggage hall. United did not provide customs cards prior to arrival."

Cons: "Male flight crew could be better - first do your job of giving out the immigration forms then chat, not complete handing them out just one minute before landing so passengers can de-plane & then fill out the forms"

Cons: "The flight leaving Houston was delayed by over an hour due to some problems finding another captain for the flight thus extending the layover time by at least four hours. As a result I didn't get back to Toronto until around 12:30 in the morning. Otherwise everything else was fine."

Cons: "Flight delayed until 8pm then sat on the plane in Toronto for 45 minutes waiting for a gate and because we were sent to a parking area with numerous other planes and ended up getting boxed in and couldn’t get to our gate earlier. Nothing offered to the passengers during this time, not even water."

Cons: "I was near the back of the plane and they ran out of most food options by the time the flight attendants reached me. The plane appeared to be newly upgraded. The design of the bathrooms, however, was problematic. The sink water faucets splashed water outside the sink and by the end of the flight there were huge puddles of water on the floor. It was also difficult for the flight attendants to navigate their beverage and meal carts around the people waiting in line for the bathrooms."

Cons: "Flight was delayed. Time was posted at gate for new time. Went to get dinner and when we returned to gate saw that the time had been moved UP from previous anouncement and practically missed our flight."

Cons: "This connection was delayed without adequate notice which caused me to get stuck in Chicago for a night and book all new flights for the next day. According to the information I received from the attendants at the gate, maintenance knew the airplane had issues but no communication until the flight began to get delayed was given. I had an adequate layover (3+ hours) so I didn't worry until it eroded away to the point where I could not make my connection."

Cons: "The flight attendant told me that I did not need to collect my bag in Toronto and that it would automatically be sent onward to Halifax. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS. All United passengers arriving in Canada MUST manually gather their luggage at baggage claim in Toronto and clear customs manually. ONLY Air Canada has this automatic option. Even if the United flight has an Air Canada code share United passengers MUST clear customs manually. How hard is this for flight attendants to understand?"
