Cons: "Crew was rude when I asked if there was a vegetarian option for the snack. I did request special meals for the trip. Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"
Cons: "Landlords gave an unpleasant service! Which continued with late of 50min of the flight, they didn’t do anything to help/ to provide the passengers the answers. The food was cold It was comfort place to sit. Bad experience with KLM"
Some of the flight connections did not board by group members, a bit disorderly! Other wise all good, flight attendees were friendly and professional
Food was terrible. Alcohol was paid other than beer. Unless you are a baby…who would drink milk? Boarding was 35 mins away and they would not allow me to use fast lane as fast lane was 30 min or shorter. Normal security check was 45 mins. Crazy rules!!! Also just cleared Indias security check and never went out…so why???? Aeroplanes are also old and bad….nothing good to say with my 30 hour flying

San Francisco airport horrible. No one gave us any information. They didnt know wfere is what. No one helped us."

Aisles are way to narrow. Seat cushions have lost all padding. Overhead storage was good. Seat numbers would be nice at the console area near the air flow for the plane we were on Could we not load the plane back to front.
First plane from Edmonton was late causing me to miss connection to Kamloops. Had to rebook for Kamloops leaving Dec 25 @1:30pm….17 hrs in Vancouver …not happy
I was told at customs in Toronto that us border was closed at 8:30 on a Saturday, preventing me from catching connecting flight from Toronto to Chicago. Not sure why they close that early, but why was Air Canada having a flight at 8:55 if they knew customs closes before that. The flight attendant assured me I had plenty of time at 8pm to make my flight. Also pearson international is sooo poorly organized and run. They kept saying someone from air Canada will be downstairs or at the end of the hall to help you with your connecting flight. But they weren’t there or had no idea how to help. Complete incompetence. Worst airport I’ve gone through. Poor signage and directions.

Cons: "Air Canada was a disaster on our vacation. Delays, re bookings, cancellations. Every thing was told to us as an excuse from the weather, flight attendant was running late, not staffed enough, need supplies on the plane, someone died, planes needing de-icing, planes too small, planes overbooked... you name it they said it! New York to Toronto, Toronto to Edmonton and return. Not one single flight was on time! We got put in a Hotel - only nice part of the trip - got Vouchers for $15 each - such a low amount!!! Didn't get our luggage with our clothes and amenities to use at the hotel - had to sleep in our plane clothes. Spend extra money we didn't have... it was awful! We will be staying away from Air Canada for awhile!"
The flight was fine. We were served a meal and a snack. Boarding was fine.
Seats are small and too close together. Outdated, inoperative entertainment system. Tray table not functional. Hidden recline controls. But 3 hour flight was on time and luggage arrived promptly.
Boarding was a mess and started much later than stated.

Cons: "Seating is very tight even for a petite 5’1” person like me. My boyfriend was 5’8” and he was definitely uncomfortable with the lack of leg space. If the passengers in front of you decided to put their seats back? You’ve lost even more space and feel closed in. Thankfully the aisle seat next to us was empty so we tried to stretch out a little bit without spilling into the seat entirely. Entertainment was eh. Two movies from the early 2000s (Alvin & the Chipmunks and What happens in Vegas) and an episode of Tom & Jerry and an episode of Modern Family but from Season 5? Not great if you’ve never watched the series.. About their hospitality... My boyfriend and I were completely disregarded and ignored by a stewardess with blonde hair and thick black glasses... Flight: DE2102 that left September 8th from Frankfurt to San Juan. We received our meals from her AFTER she handed meals to the people behind us - this was not the case for other passengers that spoke German, everyone’s meals up until ours was handed in order.. When it was time to pick up the trays she skipped us both times (with our trays ready in our hands to hand to her) - I watched her pick up the trays from the passengers before and after us. My boyfriend did say “Excuse me” but she ignored him - she probably would’ve paid attention if he asked in German.. She even looked at us as she passed by which blew my mind. Her coworker on the other side had to pick up her slack and was very kind enough to pick up our trays even though we weren’t his assigned aisle. It confused me because she was so pleasant with the German passengers but ignored us even when we made eye contact and smile for her attention.. I hate to say this because I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but to be honest I felt discriminated.. My boyfriend is German (speaks fluent German and English) but I felt because of my ethnicity (Asian) he had to suffer for that.. I felt terrible that he was suffering because of me. No one wants that for their significant other or anyone. Another occasion was when another stewardess was handing us our drinks. My boyfriend’s cup was broken and as she passed it over me it spilled all over my shirt. I did gasp from surprise. No apologies whatsoever.. She seemed impatient and grabbed the cup back over only to put another cup under it. I asked for a Sprite but they only had Cola or Fanta so I was totally okay with Cola “Cola bitte”. My German isn’t that great but I did hear her coworker ask why I gasped and she told her that it was because I was surprised they didn’t have Sprite - very untrue. I was shocked and I couldn’t respond. I have never been so disappointed in a flight and the hospitality. I am very forgiving if an incident happens once or twice, but when I see it happen in front of me over and over and over again? That’s where my tolerance unfortunately crumbles. I was on the verge of tears by the end of the flight. I hope I never fly Condor again."
Pros: "Very efficient at doing their jobs. Made up time in the air. Seats fairly comfortable. Good temp maintained."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed by an hour and a half. This happens sometimes, of course, however a gesture of not charging €10 for an upgrade from the mesely two tv shows/movies would’ve been an appropriate approach to treating customers right. Food was decent, but don’t have any allergies as the accommodations are definitely lacking. Crew was polite, but not overly social or friendly."
