My recent Air France flight from Paris to Toronto was a genuinely pleasant long‑haul experience, marked by strong service and thoughtful touches throughout the journey. The boarding process was orderly and efficient, with only a short wait before passengers were invited to step onboard. Everything moved with calm coordination, setting a positive tone right from the start. Once in the air, the inflight crew truly shined. They were warm, friendly, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Their professionalism and upbeat energy made the cabin feel welcoming and well cared for. The meals and overall service were very good—well‑timed, nicely presented, and satisfying. Air France’s reputation for quality inflight dining held up, and the crew ensured that drinks, snacks, and small requests were handled promptly. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.

I don’t like that an equipment change caused my seat to change from 23A to 44A. The boarding was also delayed. The crew were excellent, however and very attentive. The food was not bad.

Our flight crew were terrific. And they handle a difficult passenger with finesse.

I bought business class tickets but the seats are exactly like economy with no comfort seats nor an empty seat next to me provided. Very poor, low quality airline.

My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.

The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.

They lost my baggage and I still have not got it back. Disgrace

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.
