Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable
As per usual when you Hit the UK it's a slow process through customs Not as efficient at Thailand for sure
It was really nice journey i personally recommend klm flight
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.

Delay on my previous leg, had to run to catch my flight. But that happens. Overall ok.
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
My only complaint is that during my 8-hour-long flight, the flight attendants came around with the coffee and tea cart twice instead of the alcoholic beverage cart. I would rather sleep on a plane than rush to the bathroom to take a dump. I asked the flight attendant if I could have a beer instead of coffee or tea. Unfortunately, she said the bar is closed. That tells me that she was too lazy to get me a beer on the plane. I was not happy about that.
Crew was friendly and seats were comfortable. The connection however there were no free snacks or drinks.
This was the smoothest flight I've ever taken with any airline, including Aer Lingus. Typically, there are moments when I feel afraid, but from take off (miraculously seamless!) to cruise, to landing this was a perfect flight. Thank you!
delayed flight stayed whole night at washington Dallas airport at seats , uncomfortable . i am senior citizen , very tired , worst travel.
I flew economy class. Seats were very good and the crew was excellent
There was a 6h delay with limited updates . When we got to Manchester the bus took ages to get to arrivals and we missed our train, dinner reservation. Basically lost a whole day due to arrivals Lingus!!
Great. Has a problem with DOB. Fixed 4 us. Led to a 5 hour earlier flight to London!
One of the best flight experience I have had in along time. Would fly with them again.
The staff was amazing, so friendly and responsive. Check in was tedious as the online service was not available and the desk understaffed. It took a full hour in line to check in. The seats, in economy, where quite spacious until the people in front of us reclined their seats which then meant the seat was touching our knees. The inconsiderate people who were seated in a bulkhead kept their seats reclined for 80% of the flight and then got annoyed when we bumped their seats while shifting positions. It was highly unpleasant..
I was not admitted to the flight!!! I need a refund for this
