Could have re-booked me at check in knowing that I was going to miss my interline connection
We had the best time ~~~ the CREW was terrific. The ordered food was great. The bubbles were splendid. The landing of the plane was super !!! Thank you all. Cheers and Gold Stars all around. Happy flying. See you again in the near future !!!
Arrive on time cause the TSA can be quite the project. Besides that your trip will be awesome.
Damaged my luggage. Insisted to check in my small luggage now it’s scratched and dented.
Crew gave us conflicting information and was unecesaily hostile in responding about several things. Another crew member spent most of the flight talking poorly about his co-workers within earshot of myself and several other passengers.
The flight was delayed over an hour, and then while taxiing from the gate, one of the ground crew snapped a pin on the landing gear. Another delay before takeoff. What I did appreciate was being able to bring on my guitar without having to check it as baggage. And the flight crew was helpful as well as the crew at the gate boarding the passengers.
Alaska Airlines is horrible. They notified 30 minutes before boarding that they needed to reroute my flight, causing a 22 hour layover and 42 hour travel experience they could have been avoided if they adequately informed me when I did online checking, 24 hours in advance, that I would need to reroute. This would have avoided a horrible experience if they truly demonstrated customer care
Upon arrival we had to wait for a gate, then when we arrived at the gate there was no one to move the gangway to the plane. Very poor coordination .
Was flying out of a small airport so that I could avoid long lines. However, Alaska Airlines wanted me to check in two hours in advance. I was there fifty minutes ahead of time, but because I didn't check in the Alaska Air app deleted the trip all together. By the time I was able to speak with someone and get a new boarding pass twenty minutes had passed and they wouldn't let me board the flight. Poor communication through the app, gate agents were unhelpful, and overall felt like Alaska Airlines doesn't care whether they do a good job or not. Will avoid as much as possible. Southwest Air seems like a better airline.
On time, professional & accommodating staff. Will fly w/them again
If I pay extra for "comfort+" I expect leg room where I can stretch my legs. I was seated with an attendant's seat blocking my feet. Knee space was fine but my feet had less room than the non-"comfort+" seats. Also, don't go cheap on food when you have flights of 3+ hours. It's insulting.
Very dissatisfied with the fact that I had upgraded to first class for the second part of my trip only to find out that the lounge was still not available to me, as well as not having any food or drink service on the flight due to weather, so I lost out more than what I paid for.
Delta cancelled my flight less than 24 hours before departure and provided no alternative options. Left me to fend for myself basically. Scrambled to book flight on another airline and paid a fortune to do so last minute.. Can’t wait to see how Delta deals with my refund.
Only one side of the heafphone jack work. Crew was friendly and helpful.
Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.
They separated our seats and moved us to the back of the plane. Hundreds of dollars and thousands of miles used and this was my platinum member experience.
Since it wasn’t a Delta flight, I was not able to sit with my group and there was no entertainment.
Overall it was not that bad! The delay on the second leg to Indianapolis , was really unexpected!!
It was very good. Our flight was delayed and we as a result missed our connecting flight but rescheduled to the next day. The Need Help staff was so great and offered us compensation that was beyond satisfactory.
Three adults, three children. They did not give us seats together. Two seats together, in row 23, one in 13, one in 14, one in 10, and one in 17. When we got on the plane, the crew tried to ask people to move but basically threw up their hands. One person moved so we had two pairs of seats together. The 1.5 year old sat on a parent's lap (despite having paid for his own seat).
Terrible. The flight arrives 2 hr later, no AC. One of the worst flights ever
The plane was so outdated, that it made it uncomfortable. The temperature was hot during the whole flight
Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.
An hour-long wait to check in, 90 minutes for luggage to come out, lost luggage, chaotic operations
All the pessengers should be wait in a line útil the creo and piloto are arrived.
Great airplane The confort was within the high standards. My only little problem was That all the movies ( only 3) was on Spanish, even though I was selecting the audio on English it didn't happen. After that I highly recommend aeromexico
No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.
Made payment for extra baggage online. When I got to check-in, they made me pay again. Lesson learned - Dont buy extra luggage allowence online, only pay at check-in.

(It was within their weight and size limits) Even with empty seats they assigned me the non reclining row that abuts the restrooms (noise, smells, etc.)"
We had to wait almost an hour for the wheelchair porter to be ready to pick up my mother. And when she arrived in Newark airport the porter was not there and she started walking with her cane and her poor mobility. When the Newark porter found her they didn't want to transfer her bags to the wheelchair for her.
It was 4 hours late. Almost missed my connecting flight no food or drinks on connecting flight. Overall terrible experience
My experience was medium staff where great I dislike flying in triple 7 seats very uncomfortable and no room on jet all the rest of the flights where great
Cramped seats. Audio jack for the in -flight entertainment was broken.
Great onboard crew. Boarding was a zoo, I got in line before pre boarding in Group 2, still had my bag force checked. WiFi was glitchy all flight. Seat and bathroom are both tiny unless you pay $$$ for first class.
Staff was generally seeming stressed out and was a bit rude and slow. Plane left late. Pilot was very well-spoken.
Cabin was pitch black, even during meal service. The reading lights for seat 2E/F did not work, and seat 2E did not recline.
United airlines was top for my last trip in every way
Horrible; seating was atrocious - inadequate leg room and seat width tight even for a small individual. Profits shouldn’t be everything!
This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.
It was so bad experience they wanted just charged passengers for any reason.

Early flight was great. Naps, movie and into Mexico with time left in the first day.
Delta was great. West Jet was not. I booked my flight in Sept (well over two months ago), but was told there were 2 reservations and NO tickets for me, my husband and 16mo daughter. We were unable to go ahold of West Jet over the phone and the kiosk was unhelpful so we had to buy completely new tickets in order to get home that day. I’ve called West Jet twice since and sat on the phone for over an hour without speaking to any representatives.
The seats were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever been on. Other similar-sized jets with the same seating arangement have been far more comfortable. This interfered with sleeping, so it was a big issue. Moreover, the lack of a digital boarding pass forced an extra trip to print one, and the overall digital experience was poor. WestJet's website could not figure out one of my flights existed.

flight was delayed and stewards were preoccupied and not helping passengers. The pilot was very communicative which was great. The window was dirty as were the back of the front seats with chewed gum and slime on it. I hope this helps.

We are experiencing more delays with westjet than other companies. West jet used to be our favorite airline.
