I wish to travel with Air Canada for my next trip
Refreshments and Air Hostess was good. Issues with customs in Toronto caused flight to depart and left me behind twice. Vouchers for delayed flight needs to increase.
No paper towels in bathroom. Aisle seat difficult to get out of Other than those, excellent service
Plane was packed but flew on-time, and the comfort level was great! All planes are a bit cramped, but the in flight entertainment was superb, snacks were nice, and the crew was polite. Got into Calgary on schedule...all we could ask for
The flight attendants were not very nice. No smiles On my return trip I was charged for one bag $83.30 although I had purchased the flight including one piece of luggage. Can this be refunded to me? Thank you!
They were very attentive, polite, professional and great customer service skills.
Bad experience. My checked bag was lost during this direct flight….how does that even happen?

Because of a change in aircraft, I was unable to experience the business class I paid for and was disappointed.
The advance business class boarding got us onto the bus to the plane slightly ahead of the economy class but all of us scrambled to climb the stairs onto the plane together. Business class on this flight consisted of only an empty seat between three seats economy style seats. Good thing it was a short 1hr 20 min flight.
They don’t give information on why a flight is delayed in a timely manner. Very frustrating.
The flight was ok but chargers did not work and the speakers in the back of the cabin did not either. But I am writing because the crew was really, really rude and not only rude but had the curtains always closed, forgot to clear our trays, the bathrooms were filthy and trash was building out, and one of the attendants even had her EARBUDS on while in the cabin. From movement it seemed like she was listening to music, so not even the safety aspect was there. My neighbor s English is not good and they were very dismissive of her. when we deplaned the crew in the back was just chatting with one another and the first class attendant was briefly and said goodnight. It is nice that a crew gets along so well, but they did not take care of passengers at all. They rushed through all the services and otherwise did not go through the cabin to offer water or anything else. i had the feeling of being unwelcome at a party. I am not a grumpy traveller but I thought you really needed to know. Thank you, Carin
Crew was great. But my flight was late arriving and as a result, I missed my connecting flight to Richmond. I had to catch a later flight. On a positive note, the attendants at the counter were extremely helpful in booking my later flight. They book my on the next flight to Richmond.
If the plain wait for the passenger it should wait for the baggage!!
The crew was very nice. The equipment on the 747 felt old.
We flew first class - the screens are outdated and very small. Even on highest brightness level is was hard to recognize anything. Food was on average, nothing special. Champagne served was the same other airlines serving in Business Class.
Horrible seats. They were just coach seats with the middle seat blocked with a dirty seat tray.
