Flight was late, then they kept us in the plane because the crew wasn’t available to let us out. So if you have a tight connection it will become impossible.

Excellence crew. Not even a pretzel offered on flight (food at a ridiculous cost was available)
An old A350-900, in desperate need of an update. The business class seats were worn out. Definitely a plane to avoid, if your spending the kind of money they now require for business class.
The biggest problem was getting our bags in Montreal. It took 1 hour. The flight itself was good.
We book an Air Canada flight but "got Rouged". Lengthy delays and 5 gate changes in a couple of hours. Cabin cramped, very little room in overheads. Food tasted stale. Generally awful except courteous and capable crew. Avoid Rouge like the plague.
I always enjoy a complimentary drink. I did not like that the AirCanada Agents that assisted me with checking in both told me that my bags wouldn’t need to be picked up in Toronto, but the truth was they did! I arrived to Lima with out my luggage!
Boarding, crew knowledge/experience, waiting time on a bus (in Lisbon) to our gate, poor directions and lack of staff to direct travelers through customs once landed in Toronto.
