Surely that could’ve been figured out out in advance. Incredibly frustrating because I missed my connection in Toronto, and it has a result missed the first day of my conference in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Flight from saskatoon to toronto was by far the worst flight ive ever been on and roughest landing ever.

Mechanical issue caused me to be stuck in Vancouver for 2 days

The on-board entertainment system was horrible - we gave up watching because it just kept glitching.

I wish Air Canada would provide a meal on the 5 hrs or more time flight to the passengers.

Terrible… Luggage’s missing for 5-days. Not expedited despite notifying them that insulin and ozempic were in bags and required refrigeration. I’m extremely disappointed. Meds were useless upon delivery as ice pack had dissolved and meds were warm and not useable because their efficacy and potency are now questionable . I’m so disappointed and expecting a full refund for the checked in bags.

Very bed experience never want to travel air canada anymore

My flights were all either late or canceled. It was stressful and a waste of my time. This is the third flight in a row with Air Canada that has been a scheduling mess. Not appreciated.

Delay, after delay, after delay. It was hard as an adult travelling alone. I felt bad for the families with young children to entertain for several hours. Agents and crew performed to their usual good standard. Air Canada, never again.
