Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Waiting for a plane to go that wasn’t ready to move, going for 2 rounds of de-icing when the 1st wore off, losing our place in line. Should have waited a little longer at 1st de-icing so we could have left in allotted time period (20 minutes after application). Also fairly certain we left Toronto Airport past the 20 minutes of 2nd de-icing. Which resulted in many passengers missing connection flights (myself included) with as much as a “We are sorry” from Air Canada. I know the weather was an issue, but wasn’t sole cause."

To which I explained only narrow minded people would believe so and that the style of her comment were not appropriate . I explained my children were half French half British and that her comment was offensive ."

Cons: "See above."
Pros: "The seating on the airbus 319 in main cabin is very cramped. Prefer Westjet 737. Will use them in future."
Cons: "Hey there good Air Canada folks. I'm a full-time, working, touring musician. I enjoy flying your airline overall, but touring with an acoustic guitar and/or a banjo is constantly stressful. There are clear guidelines about your policies for musical instruments posted on your website, yet your employees never seem to know them. Please have something posted for them at the gates, so I don't have to convince them EVERY TIME that it's okay for me to carry on my instrument in a soft case. A side note: Since airlines started charging for baggage, people are desperate to carry on as much as possible. This means there is always a struggle now against people with a bunch of clothing and personal items in their rolling luggage, to fit the instrument that is my LIVELIHOOD on the plane. Please find a way to make touring with Air Canada easier for musicians. At least return to gate check policies."
Pros: "The landing of the aircraft was second to none when we landed in Calgary."
Cons: "The seats we were sitting in were uncomfortable. There seemed to be a ridge near the back of the seat cushion and it was very uncomfortable for the entire trip."
Cons: "My seat partner had a dog with her. I like dogs but it was more of a irritant and distraction, didn't seem that nice for the dog either. What happened to the pretzel/nut snacks?"
Cons: "See the above review"
Cons: "Too hot and cramped"
Pros: "The 787 aircraft. What a beautiful plane"
Cons: "Calgary airport. NEVER AGAIN!"
Pros: "very pleasant"
Cons: "nothing really"

Cons: "The screen was not responding well"
Pros: "Nice staff. Efficient boarding."
Cons: "No basic food for free."
Pros: "Everything was as scheduled"
Cons: "Nothing really"
Pros: "Eventually they got us there."
Cons: "They cancelled the sat flite. Little communication . Left us after 6 hours and 11 pm to fend for our selves with no luggage. No compensation. It was awful."
Cons: "Air Canada shares a trait with many other incompetent organizers: everything is fine if nothing goes wrong, but there are no contingency plans in place in case something goes wrong. So, things get more and more delayed. Can't you predict roughly when the plane is going to land (once it is in the air!) and arrange for some gate to be open, so that we don't have to sit on the ground for 45 minutes once it has landed, for example? People who know how to organize are ordinarily capable of doing that. Furthermore, the lack of transparency is really frustrating: we just sit on the tarmac with no indication of how long we're going to be there, and the estimates of the delays are completely wrong when we're given them."
Cons: "Engine noise unbearably loud French safety demonstration Restrictions around wearing headphones"
Pros: "This was my third air canada rouge flight so I knew what to expect. Staff are always super courteous and good food options available."
Cons: "Almost 0 arm/leg room, flight was delayed and they tried bumping me off my flight onto another because they had overbooked."
Cons: "LGA Gate #6 and #7 to cold, people were freezing. Also, those two gates are like cattle barn."
Cons: "My luggage didn't arrive when I did. I had to spend several hundred dollars on cloths for me and my niece so that we had what we needed for the two days it took to get our bags."
Pros: "On time, excellent flight."
Cons: "There was only a very limited choice of movies to select from."
Pros: "Everyone was very kind and helpful. I am glad to try Air Canada for thw first time this time."
Cons: "No variety in menu for a long time (business class)"
Pros: "NOTHING AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING"
Cons: "EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SERVICE"
Pros: "Staff and plane were fabulous"
Pros: "It was quick and easy and saved me a hour drive!"
Pros: "Every aspect of the flight was great."

Pros: "good take off, land off"
Cons: "charge for checked baggage"
Pros: "Love the look of the Halifax Airport after its renovations , brighter than it used to be, Check-in and boarding went very quickly The plane took on extra fuel just n case we had a layover in Toronto because of poor weather but that didn't happen"
