There was no food but a singular cookie for a flight that was over 5hours??? Yeah not fun I was starving and again super cramped plane and you guys need to get planes with screens too, WiFi is nice but common we need more
I loved the fact it was on time and it was a smooth flight to my destination.
I like that we landed safely and that my dog was safe underneath as well. Outside of that, we were 45 mins late for a direct flight that is 1.5 hours long. And 2 of my 3 bags did not make the flight. Only my dog was onboard.
Service was okay except attendant over served alcohol to passenger and passenger got tipsy and made me uncomfortable
Food was not inspired but was satisfying. Same for infotainment selection. You’d think business class would come with complimentary WiFi. Crew was uniformly attentive and excellent.

Decent entertainment although my wife was not offered any ear buds so couldn’t enjoy. Real issue was the appalling food. Presentation was unacceptable with cheap hard to open packaged bread, plastic cheese again in hard to open shrink wrap, main course in small cardboard box again hard to open, wooden utensils which lack substance making the whole experience poor. Surprised I didn’t cover myself or neighbour as the food moved all over the place. Breakfast calzone was dry and unappealing with the staff basically throwing them around. Very disappointed
Better movie options. More diligence on the size and amount of bags people bring on board. Lady across aisle from me had a bucket style bag that would only go so far under the seat in front of her. She was not told once that the whole bag is supposed to be under the seat. Crew is very hardworking however.

The pricing was split into an ultra basic fare with a comfort seat upgrade. This is misleading. Never were we shown an ultra basic fare. What this did because the fare category was ultra basic we could not bid on an upgrade first class seat. All e mails from WestJet were for ultra basic category with my wife and I upset as we could not confirm this with anyone from your firm.The check in counter were not going to allow our carry on but after some checking saw we had ultra basic and a comfort seat upgrade. They could not figure out how this was done. Now we have to go through this again at the gate in Mexico. Unless I missed it - please let customers know the billing in future. Respectfully. We upgraded to business class. First time on Air Canada business class and they ran out of the better prawn dinner and we got chicken. Beds not as good as on Quantas
Flight operated by PAL. We boarded, and one engine started. The crew found some problem that could not be fixed. The flight was canceled. This run from yhz-bos is very unreliable.
Other than flights being cancelled and 3.5 hours late causing missed connections it was ok.
My ticket did not exist when I got to the airport. I had to book another flight and was still charged by Kayak

Seats too small and too cramped, I have stomach cancer and I threw up after the flight . No advance boarding for disabled people. No aisle seats available for disabled people who have to use the washroom frequently. No space for cabin baggage for disabled people who have to carry bulky medications or equipment to use on the flight. Baggage rules and fees are ridiculous. I have been an aeroplan member for 30 years and I fly frequently, but from now on I will choose offshore carriers. .

I was very excited when we were to arrive 19 mins early . However that did not last long since there was no available gate and sat there waiting almost a hour.
Seats horribly uncomfortable. Air nozzles didn't work so very overheated.

Flight attendants were fine, seats a bit hard but I use a cushion for extra support. The only issue was it was a bit too cool and I needed to ask for and received and extra blanket. I survived!!!
Very few things and/or people are excellent. It was very good.
Extremely uncomfortable seats. Experience was like a Frontier Airlines flight. Would not fly it again.

I was very happy to see that Lufthansa had direct flights from Frankfurt to Tampa. The pasta dinner was delicious, but the pizza wasn't that good. I suggest a selection of wurst and cheese with crackers or an egg wrap might be more refreshing.
Good food, overall very comfy. The flight was full so obviously not optimal, but it is what it is.
Parents with permanently crying baby on board. Neither parents nor crew did anything to calm the baby. The food was extremely disappointing. Seafood stew was very, very small! Not even appetizer size! Seat had a gap in the back. Had to use a pillow to fill it.
Never took the flight due to strikes which happens but there was no timely coordination to find me new flights. I had to call Lufthansa and Kayak support only to be given no good options and a 75% refund. Ended up spending way more for alternative flights that I coordinated myself for a trip I had booked 6 months prior.
I upgraded to the business class cabin. It was the poorest business class I have ever experienced. No access to any business lounge in Tampa airport. Seats are not comfortable. I had a window seat and had to step/crawl over the next seat. Food was mediocre and service below average for business class. Bathroom location was ridiculous. No place to wait. I cannot believe I paid this kind of money and will never fly Lufthansa Discover again. They really should reimburse me somehow.
