I'm a United 1K member and have ben for 10 years. The gate agent had no control over the boarding process and had us passengers queued for hours as delays were announced. On the plane, the overhead air nozzle was broken so col over was powering through on me and the passenger next to me. Not a great experience for a million miler on United. Feel free to contact me. Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.
Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.
Seats very comfortable; service efficient and pleasant; flight was on-time; boarding organized.
Starlink is great Crew was polite Business class didn’t get a welcome drink just water and snacks were ok
very average service no complimentary alcoholics drinks unlike other airlines such as Porter airlines No decent seats available during check-in time the day before
Really hard landing... as in slammed into the runway then hit the brakes really hard ...
Good but airlines getting smaller. I didn't like the meal but the service was fine. Flight was fine and luggage arrived. So good.
They were fast and I like how they used to entertainment system to play video about the safety.
Good quick flight on a small but comfortable plane. I'm 6'3 and had plenty of space.
Flight operated by PAL. We boarded, and one engine started. The crew found some problem that could not be fixed. The flight was canceled. This run from yhz-bos is very unreliable.
Other than flights being cancelled and 3.5 hours late causing missed connections it was ok.
My ticket did not exist when I got to the airport. I had to book another flight and was still charged by Kayak
I would like to review the next flight from Toronto to Fort Myers as it was a disaster!!
Seats too small and too cramped, I have stomach cancer and I threw up after the flight . No advance boarding for disabled people. No aisle seats available for disabled people who have to use the washroom frequently. No space for cabin baggage for disabled people who have to carry bulky medications or equipment to use on the flight. Baggage rules and fees are ridiculous. I have been an aeroplan member for 30 years and I fly frequently, but from now on I will choose offshore carriers. .

I was very excited when we were to arrive 19 mins early . However that did not last long since there was no available gate and sat there waiting almost a hour.

From Montreal to Cincinnati the flight was perfect! Flight free and everyone was perfect and a pleasure to travel with. But from Casablanca to Montreal the flight crew were quite cold, unhelpful, also seemed to scold many passengers instead of simply educating or instructing them. There were a couple for sure I could describe but not name… i was really shocked bc my experience w air Canada is typically a good one at the very least. It seemed something was very much so I’m the air w the crew. The two older lady crew members and the male were amazing but the younger lady crew members w the exception of one were very clique-y and snarky, sassy
