Flight got delayed But satisfied with the pricing of tickets
Flight operated by PAL. We boarded, and one engine started. The crew found some problem that could not be fixed. The flight was canceled. This run from yhz-bos is very unreliable.
Other than flights being cancelled and 3.5 hours late causing missed connections it was ok.
My ticket did not exist when I got to the airport. I had to book another flight and was still charged by Kayak
I would like to review the next flight from Toronto to Fort Myers as it was a disaster!!
Seats too small and too cramped, I have stomach cancer and I threw up after the flight . No advance boarding for disabled people. No aisle seats available for disabled people who have to use the washroom frequently. No space for cabin baggage for disabled people who have to carry bulky medications or equipment to use on the flight. Baggage rules and fees are ridiculous. I have been an aeroplan member for 30 years and I fly frequently, but from now on I will choose offshore carriers. .

Obviously the leg room...but I guess that's what business class would be ..expensive though.
i missed my connecting flight nec there was no boarding announcement at the airport and my money in the medium luggage was stolen worth 400 cad with my other currency collections. My luggage also got damaged and the code was changed. i hope this will be looked into and i get my stolen money back.
They got us onto the shuttle bus and then made us wait inside a hot bus because the cleaning crew hadn’t finished. This would have been better had they made us wait in the airport.
Boarding was weird. They boarded two flights at the same gate at the same time. So mass confusion for the non English/French speakers. So many people at such a small gate. Like every other part of this airport you have to walk miles between everything. Gate to plane was a 5 min walk :) several long flights so I was worried about my steps but ended up walking several miles here so worked out.
I never got to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.
The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey
The service and food was excellent. The remote control for entertainment did not function properly.
All was good, except my USB charging did not work, so my phone got drained and I could not charge it. Same happened to my neighbour.
A bit more space? Not practical, I know. I felt squished in but part of that could have been the man sitting next to me.
Lufthansa staff was fantastic, but the airport was a mess. I was at this airport in the past and I have never experienced any problem, but this time it was nutty because of soccer tournament: UEFA 2024 championship
What food? What entertainment? The questionnaire does not make sense.
The transatlantic leg was on Discover Airlines. I’m 6’2” and the extra leg room seat was acceptable, the seat it self was moderately comfortable (slightly softer than a church pew). The food was a standard economy fare. Frankfurt to Prague leg was on Lufthansa the business class was as advertised 10 across the board.
It was only an hour flight, but at that, it was still late
