Arrival at Comox from, London,ON 6 hours later... No bueano
Poorly staffed check-in in Victoria. Unhappy WestJet person on counter. Then our flight was delayed by 2 hours, which meant our luggage failed to make the flight to LHR. Overall poor communications to passengers. Fortunately the flight from YYC to LHR was good and on time.
Flight itself good .Landing at terminal3 and connections to terminal1,it is connections nightmare,specially for disable person
This flight was better than the first. Two of the flight attendants were wonderful at supporting m through nausea and vomiting through the flight. No tv, no food, very interesting. I’ve never paid for wifi (just the $3 chatting) until these 2 flights. This experience has changed my opinion on layovers. Idk if I’ll ever do one again
The seats very Uncomfortable, no meal and no entertainment for a 4Hours flight. Smooth Flight, Great Take off and landing. Superb crew!
Generally good. However. The flight left 30 mins behind schedule with no reason given.
Flight delayed, missed my pick-up had to Uber, plus missed dinner and medication, so sad!
Flights were cancelled setting me in panic mode since my much needed weekend escape with friends was only a short one. No apologies given at the airport nor on the plane. Flight was rescheduled
Not the greatest experience everything was pretty mediocre. My seat was by the washroom in the aisle and was not located well as everyone past each other people were right in my seat and space.
Lots of overhead storage, good crew, good service, smooth landing.
The checking of my carry-on was not the greatest idea. It was selected for a security check in Toronto and didn't make it to my connecting flight. Fortunately Air Canada delivers late luggage to Whistler so I got it at 2 A M.

It was 3 hours late and ruined my plans at destination. Also rough landing.
The space for seats were uncomfortable and lack of leg room . I paid extra for more leg room. I’m not a big person.
Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
Well managed flight comfortable. Wish they had back of seat screens
Because of a change in aircraft, I was unable to experience the business class I paid for and was disappointed.
My entertainment system was very jittery. Of course no food unless you pay, and even then choices are very limited. I got a free beer, though.
The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.
Wow! Both way we came in in advance! Now that's a first with AC!
