The Airbus ride was noticeably different in a positive sense. Beats the 737 in leg room, which is important for my height.

I supposed to have a wheel chair waiting to take me to the luggage carousel. Didn’t happen so I had to walk up the walkway with my cane. I lost my balance and broke my little toe on my right foot, which means that I’m hobbling around with a very painful left leg and a very painful toe on my right foot. It was a nightmare.

It was a very pleasant trip from A to Z.

on a 5 hour flight from toronto to san fran, no crackers or cookies, nothing. i was surprised. I liked the wider seats coming home. I hated being put in section 5 and don't know how you figure that stuff out. I bought tickets mid summer. was it because I was economy? I am 75 and had to turn over my carry on both times. It is hard for people of all sizes and disabilities to fit into spaces. I liked the staff, and that we got through the fog. You are stuck with planes and economics in order to function, so whoever is reading this, it's nothing much you can do, except, perhaps, offer a tiny snack free on 4 + hour trips.

Excellence crew. Not even a pretzel offered on flight (food at a ridiculous cost was available)
