We were lucky to be seated in an upgraded row and received free drinks!!
Flight was great. Boarding was crazy because another flight was boarding late next to ours so everyone was standing and in the way.
Flight was on time, inflight service was professional and attendants were so pleasant.
Waited for an hour to take off with no reason for delay.
Everything was good. However, the selections of movies and TV shows were boring and unexciting. It was disappointing.
CREW ON AIRCRAFT WAS GREAT. GREATLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ALASKA AIRLINES LOUNGE IN SEATTLE. I PAID FULL FARE FIRST CLASS TICKET FROM YYJ - SEATTLE-CHICAGO-CMH. THEY SAID THE NEXT FLIGHT WASN'T LONG ENOUGH TO ENTER THE LOUNGE. UNBELIEVABLE. WHAT DOES IT COST FOR A CUP OF COFFEE AND A DONUT? I PAID FOR A FIRST CLASS TICKET. DELTA ALSO OFFERS SAME ROUTE, SO JUST BECAUSE OF THE COST OF A DONUT, I'LL BE USING DELTA MOVING FORWARD.
Gate personnel and flight crew were both very good. No problems other than the previous flight being late.
Didn’t like anything. Alaska boarding process takes too long and is poorly managed. Flight crew unorganized and too lax not very professional. I fly very frequently (weekly) and this as the worst overall trip I have ever taken.
Sat first class, not even a soda or any beverage service! I know it’s not a long flight, but zero cabin services?

The seats are totally uncomfortable making the flight less than pleasant. The cookies & pretzels were terrible!!!
Terrible decision to take a night flight. Not enough time to sleep and premium seat has no foot rest ao couldn’t get comfortable!
Late departure, so I missed connection in Detroit. But Delta gave me a great hotel & breakfast. Just sorry I could not get anything from my checked baggage.

Internet on both flights was sketchy. Thus in flight entertainment was non- existent on MN - Balrimote leg.
WestJet was able to re-book us to the next available flight at no charge when air traffic controller staffing shortage delayed our inbound flight
I am a tall woman and could not move my legs enough to reach down under the seat in front of me to retrieve anything I put down there. I sat in both aisle and window seats and felt extremely cramped. In the aisle seat, if the stewardess was heavy, it was impossible to pass, and she would knock my arm shoulder and thigh every time she went by. If I can avoid it, I will not be flying this airline again.
Get our, as a group, skis on time to their destination. Have more attendants checking people in. There was only one. The line was a block long :( . Also flight change with 5-hour delay
Lost my luggage. Filed a report and there is no response. Received a phone call from another airline that said they had the bag and they did not know what to do with it
