Good, a bit cramped in the seat as my neighbour was a bit large
There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,
The process and flight were both smooth and trouble free
Delays and missed connections were very hard the crew were wonderful but 1 1/2 hours late from Abbotsford to a 4 hour wait in Calgary was too much. I am 79 years old and I didn’t get to my destination until after 1 in the morning. They could have offered a seat in the lounge or a meal. I was very disappointed in the treatment
everything was fine expect massive delays - not the airline’s fault
The checked luggage still hasn't arrived yet. 42 h later. We saw it being unloaded in the stopover location. It was. 5 hour layover so it wasn't a rushed transfer. One positive aspect, it was close to being on time and the crew that came on the clean the plane was very efficient.
Seat back entertainment monitors would be nice. We did enjoy the In-Flight WiFi.
Our flight schedule was changed over six times, ultimately leaving us with a layover much shorter than we originally booked, which meant a panicked run through the airport. And the entertainment screen didn't function. As I've come to expect with Delta, a very mediocre and not customer-focused experience. This is on top of an outbound flight that was so delayed by mechanical issues, we had to spend the night at our layover city.
Staff were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the flight delays (which are usually unavoidable) and the high baggage price.
Could not fly out of Canada. Called airlines on Monday, July 14th. Tried to cancel the flight 7 days away, but they said I could not cancel and there would be no refund.
Flight was not affected by the Air Canada strike. Complimentary beer and wine offered on flight.
Just the stress of possible cancellations on flights from Air Canada, but all went as planned and everything was perfect! Thank you

Terrible, it’s a mess with the strike. Couldn’t do the Smithers flight because my flight to Vanvouver was cancelled and there is no customer service help to get refund or help

Economy seats always cramped, no meal on international flight, no plugs for electronics, but we got there and cabin crew was excellent.
I paid for comfort plus seats but did not get the extra leg room. When I told the stewardess, she just ignored me.
Bad experience. My checked bag was lost during this direct flight….how does that even happen?
