There is not enough space between two chairs and raws.
Actually as my experience with air Canada from Canada to Newark it was crazy for me because it was a lot of delays which for me it shouldn’t be like that, but I was able to coup with it so that was my experience I hope next time they will do good on that thanks.
All was fine. Weather was a bit stormy, but nothing kayak can do about that! 😊

Everything was on time, loading and unloading went smoothly, and the staff were positive. I wish the seats were more comfortable and had a little more space. I was in the middle seat and had to keep my elbows in so I didn’t bump my neighbour’s arms. Would not like a middle seat ever again. Would fly Air Canada Rouge again 👍
AC needs to update their fleet. Too many mechanical issues, dated planes and too many delays
I booked through Kayak but was charged in US dollars. Kayak should ensure that its site clearly indicates the currency. I missed the tiny US icon in the top right corner and paid another $60 for the return flight from Vancouver to Kelowna.
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
Leg room limited compared with previous flight from Hong Kong. Other than that. Still good value.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The beverages were good. I was on an overnight flight so it was really frustrating to find myself crammed into seats didn't even recline. Not only were they small and uncomfortable but then they didn't recline? Why was that taken away? And why was that not mentioned when I bought the ticket? I might have chosen a different flight and paid more if I knew that ahead of time.
