Cons: All tables in economy class are broken for both flights - tables sit on you lap. Plane is very old with very small tv screens

Pros: The crew did their best to deal with delay.

Cons: There was an absolutely awful job done by both Delta and Kayak of informing us if additional delays, new gate assignments, when the plane would be reboarded. Also, people were quite angry that the plane had to be cleaned between the time we got off and the time we reboarded. Just get us home.

Pros: The entire flight was excellent, on time, great friendly crew, edible food, movies and options were great, perfect in every way. It was a little chaotic at flight loading on extra security, but I assume it could have something to do with it being on 9/11 and it was ultimately bound for NYC.

Pros: The crew was amazing but I was on a United flight since American was late leaving Athens. AA booked me on a later flight from Chicago to San Francisco on United. They issued separate inside seats for my wife and I. United showed me their kindness by putting us together in economy Plus.

Cons: I don't blame American for being late but putting me on a United flight and splitting up my wife and I seperate seats was a little under the bar.

Pros: The crew should have let people off first who had connecting flights.

Cons: We missed our connection flight.Had to be rerouted to chicago. No flights to Rapid City till noon the next day. Spending night in airport.

Cons: The flight was not on time. The staff broke my carry-on zip for expansion and refuse to admit it was a suitcase damage which need to be repair. They said put a belt around it to use it !!!! It is a 1 year new piece of luggage from Delsey which is a very good quality brand and expensive!!!!!!

Cons: lack of carry on luggage space. very tight. gate agents did not care about the customers. I had to stick my bag under the seat and only half would fit so my feet did not fit with my bag. it was a back pack. I do not prefer checking luggage since I've had so many bad experiences.

Pros: Very fast and efficient boarding process. We began moving right when they closed the door. Smooth flight, friendly attendants.

Pros: Flight was delayed by 2+ hours, Delta (running the flight for westjet) sent 1 email about the flight being delayed to 4:45 which was inconsistent with the gate signage and agent who said 3:45, flight ended up leaving at 5:45PM. No reasons were provided beyond the incoming flight from LGA hadn't come in. Why hadn't it come in? When could we expect to leave YUL? No answers.

Pros: It was an hour and 10 minute flight, so there wasn't really much space for error. They still gave me snacks and drinks which I didn't expect considering how short of a trip it was.

Cons: For a more than $800 ticket on a domestic flight: The flight could have been on time The food is not free and limited Entertainment system: the choice of programs and movies is a little bit too limited.

Cons: The plane had to much fuel, had to wait over an hour in the plane so their maintenance personnel can remove the excess fuel The captain announced- several times What maintenance morans are running this outfit? THIS IS RIDICULOUS- TO MUCH FUEL!!

Pros: Very rude behavior of the staff at the desk. Flight was 7 hours delayed and then canceled. And the staff were not able to give us updates. They were being rude.

Cons: Ground staff should need more training how to treat passengers. They should show little respect towards their passengers.
