The flight attendant was super awesome. She was personable and had a great attitude. I didnt get her name, but she was by far the best! Blonde lady, smelled wonderful, very refreshing and funny conversation...(Ua1412 to LaGuardia) yeah yeah! Amazing!

I wanted the salami and cheese crackers but the flight wasn’t given any, so I chose the veggie smash/pita bread/quinoa/almond thing. Not too bad, but definitely no match for salami and cheese crackers. You know?

I LOVED that they got me on the next flight without any issues. Wait time was just an hour longer

Liked that personnel are diverse and inclusive.

Personnel at West Jet counter did not communicate clearly and loud enough for passengers to hear compare to other persons from other airlines like Delta wherein person spoke clearly. Suggest further training on communication skills.

Delayed over a hour

Booked our seats 24 hours in advance and could not get seats together. Airline expects us to pay extra for reasonable expectations as that

It got us to London. My bags were quickly available.

The seats were SO. UNCOMFORTABLE. I didn't sleep at all and have a headache because of them. Absolutely atrocious. The food was meh. One of the flight attendants was so rude I dreaded every time she headed over. I'll be flying with Delta in the future.

On time departure and arrival, smooth ride

Again 30 minute delay to get internet working. At least this time they communicated the issue.

Charging customers for meals on a transatlantic flight is a terrible way to nickel and dime your customers for the most basic provisions. Not all travellers carry accepted credit cards, including the woman sitting beside me. Because it is so common (formally standardized) for airlines to provide food on longer flights, many travellers assume their WestJet flight will the same and arrive unprepared. I normally love WestJet for their customer service, but these flight attendants talked down to customers with legitimate questions. I am choosing another airline for my next international flight, although reluctantly so - I hope to see some changes from WestJet for a more comfortable flight.

Pretzels, Biscott cookies still passed out along w free beverages. Free Entertainment on westjet wifi good too!!
