Pros: Very rude behavior of the staff at the desk. Flight was 7 hours delayed and then canceled. And the staff were not able to give us updates. They were being rude.

Cons: Ground staff should need more training how to treat passengers. They should show little respect towards their passengers.

Cons: The plane we got on time to board was delayed enough to miss our connecting flight, so delayed another 3 hours when missing the next flight.

Cons: The company could have hold it knowing there were travellers on connection. If not, knowing that they were no flight before the next day they could have prepare hotel booking for us because all hotels were full at midnight when we finally could get there.

Cons: If this flight was just cancelled from the beginning- a lot of time wasted and did not get a refund for the cancelled flight.

Cons: Flight attendant was mean and nasty. She asked me to take my headphones off, to which I complied but shook my head as I took them off. The flight attendant then started shouting at me as to why I shook my head and she got loud and confrontational for no apparent reason. I just looked at her in disbelief without saying a word. I don’t think I will travel WestJet ever again.

Cons: The plane was very old. It had cigarette ash tray in the armrests and bathrooms. It also only had three screens to watch movies. The headphone jack did not work properly and you could not hear the movie well. There were no screens in the chairs in front.

Cons: Well the flight was short, so not much more could be done on this particular flight. The restroom could be a tad larger but think was on an older aircraft.

Cons: Cabin did not was clean and had very bad odor. Entertainment system is old and was inactive some minutes during the trip.

Cons: Every time my husband and I fly our seats get changed from our original picks. I make sure the tickets are linked and they still move us. Very irritating not sitting together especially when you take the time to ensure it doesn't happen.

Pros: I had 2 checked in bags, the charge a bit to high, When fly between Canada - USA, 1 allowable check-in luggage should be included in the fare. Please think about it.

Pros: It was an hour and 10 minute flight, so there wasn't really much space for error. They still gave me snacks and drinks which I didn't expect considering how short of a trip it was.

Cons: All tables in economy class are broken for both flights - tables sit on you lap. Plane is very old with very small tv screens

Cons: I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport.

Pros: Confort for a supposed 5 hours flights was ok. Entertainment system worked good

Cons: The flight had many delays due to weather issues. We had to refuel in a different airport before arriving with 5 or 6 hours delayed. That happens but the crew was very mean and brutal to answer questions and very poor to hold the stress of the travelers.

Cons: Everything else. For starters, I purchased a ticket from LAX to Kiev with a 2 hour stop in Toronto. AIR CANADA never informed me I'll need an eTA and I had to do it under pressure of missing my flight at the airport. Connection was awful as well. My luggage never arrived to Kiev....

Pros: Meal surprisingly good. Crew friendly, professional, and efficient.

Cons: Small seats 4 abreast--too close for any comfort for transatlantic flight. Would not fly this particular airplane again if possible.

Cons: Had the seats in the emergency exit row had liftable handles between the seats, it would have been more comfortable... the rigid seats where not easy on my hips for a 9 hour flight

Cons: We had to take a shuttle bus from the gate out to the plane, this made boarding very chaotic. The seats were not very comfortable- they needed more padding.
