Flight was good, crew was excellent. No complaints at all

Delayed 3 times in a row for 4 hours total. Incrementally pushing back the flight claiming gate delays but they eventually changed the actual plane, due to technical issues. This strategy to avoid compensation to passengers is unprofessional.

I like the web site, prompt notifications, website checks in process, and airport check in. The flight attendants are attentive and polite. The return flight was 2 hours late and reason vine doesn't sound like an unplanned and unexpected issue (scheduled plane maintenance).

Not only was the flight delayed more than 3 hours but also there was no internet or movies on the flight. It was Flair/Spirit quality of experience at Westjet prices

The flight was delayed repeatedly, on the day of and in the days and weeks beforehand. The staff are alway fantastic.

The big lady was sitting right next to me and the button to recline my seat was blocked by her huge arm. No power outlet for chargers. No inflight Wi-Fi movies

Horrible, flight on the way to Vegas was delayed significantly and then on my way back my second flight was cancelled

Our flight experience was great! Flight staff was funny and offered great service. Made record flying time coming home from Vegas after having to wait for planes on the tarmac because of high winds

Seats can use more cushioning, it felt very hard. The snack option could be better

The plane from Calgary to Comox was incredibly warm, with little to no air flow and when served drinks there was like 2 ice cubes that melted instantly. Everyone was using the plastic menus to fan themselves. Awful

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Almost everything it was a “cool” ambiance but we arrived to Toronto so that it’s ok for me

Front desk attendant wouldn’t check me in even though there was not a single person in line. Made me use the kiosk. Kiosk had an error (of course) no baggage can be checked at this kiosk please see attendant. Then I had to wait in line for the same front desk attendant waiting for 5 people who ended up coming in front of me while I tried to use a broken and useless kiosk. Finally after checked in, wait 30 min to board all the way to zone 6 and they would deny me even after all the zone 1-5 people already went. Just literally making us wait to board so they stand there doing nothing for 5 minutes. Just ridiculous and awful customer service. Fly with literally anyone else

Small plane with no space, old seats, no entertainment, big turbulences

Another 5h flight with Air Canada with no screens and WiFi not working. Not even intranet for inflight movies on personal devices. UNACCEPTABLE

I would prefer if the Exit row seating was treated as priority seating.

I would never fly air Canada again….delay after delay…poor service….

A coffee in the morning before we land would have been very appreciated.

The crew was nice and helpful. Seats were basic. For a 4 hour flight, they didn’t even offer snack. Just paid snack, which is lame.

Check-in was excellent. Flight crew were average, but managed the weather induced stress calmly. We were delayed five hours due to weather, equipment, and staffing shortages.

Very bead I am going to Vancouver to toronto. Not boarding receive. Before flight ✈️ time I have to take boarding. Boarding manager asking me pay $89 . Just flight ✈️ time before I pay .after provided the Boarding pass. Flair Airlines management not good. But kayak is best application.

The worst airline experience that I ever had in my life. The fare was cheap but boy do you pay for it when it comes to baggages, carry-ons, food on board and lack of available staff at check-in. Almost every other passenger on my flight had the same complaints and experience. We all bonded discussing our displeasure. My husband and I will definitely not be traveling with Flair Airlines. We'll take anyone else.

The most uncomfortable plane I ever fly on. The seats won't even recline a little. For a 5 hrs flight at night and tired it felt like torture

flight was okay, no wifi, no free drinks but worst of all they lost my son's bike for four days. Customer service was nonexistent - call a number that leaves you on perpetual hold, there's no baggage folks in the baggage claims area (in vancouver). we went up to international and nobody was at ticketing, went to domestic and they had us fill out a form. they could not tell us where the bag was. Anyway, highly recommend you drop an airtag for anything that's worth more than $500. My son's bike costs a lot more than that to replace; I was on pins and needles for four days.

Flair flight was 4 hours late due to not having a crew and the plane was filthy. Just water service Terrible experience flight 1513

I try to buy water the cabin crews told me I had to wait for them to come around with the trolley I waited over 2 hours !!!!! Literally 2 hours I was so thirsty .

The worst airlines I have seen in my life they don’t respect anyone they don’t care about anyone they lost our luggage and no one is responding. We waited for five hours to get our luggage back.🤬🤬🤬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Everything was great. Got out 5 minutes early and had a nap on the overnight flight.

Wifi was down on this flight but I had a movie downloaded.

I didn’t like It at all cause of delays and cancellations last minutes? No entertainment not even charging points in plane ..and I noticed when one flight landed from flair’s air plane the reuse that plane which is fine but no safety protection no sanitary nothing .
