Cons: "I really can’t think of a bad part...the customer service at check in was so easy; our checked bags were automatically transferred in Calgary, the crew was very friendly, food was good as was the wine and beer."

Cons: "Aisle seat did not recline on my first flight"

Cons: "We were on tarmac for an hour waiting to take off"

Pros: "Entertainement"
Cons: "Cancelled flight , partie of 5 No reason given Had to stay 1 more night in Vegas or 24 hours in Toronto There better refound me for extra meals and hotels rooms ... about 900$ extra expenses because of all that"

Cons: "We lost an entire day of our vacation to managing flight changes that were poorly communicated to us. We received a number of mixed messages and our entire group spent hours on hold, on the phone, in line for literally hours at check in, and several mistakes were made with our party’s information."

Cons: "Crew was awful. Do not fly westjet leaving Las Vegas."

Pros: "Loaded plane quickly and efficiently. Crew friendly"
Cons: "Had long wait at gate in Calgary"

Pros: "Quick flight"
Cons: "Seats were too narrow, plane was changed to what looked like a smaller plane. Everything else wasn’t WestJet’s fault. Red eye flight and jerk behind me left his light on the whole flight and giy beside me kept rib checking me, preventing me from sleep. By the time plane landed I had been up 23 hours."

Pros: "flight was on time"
Cons: "there was no movies to watch"

Pros: "For the same price as other budget friendly airlines, More legroom, friendlier staff. Will fly again with West Jet, no question."

Cons: "I flew Toronto-Calgary-Palm Springs and then Las Vegas back to Toronto. Only the Calgary-Palm Springs flight (the shortest leg) had seat back entertainment including satellite TV (although it cut out half way there). West Jet should have such entertainment available on all of their longer flights (consistent with the likes of Jet Blue that has had it for years). I would also point the disaster at the West Jet recommended Airport Lounge i Toronto. I almost missed the flight because there was A. No flight information available in the lounge like everywhere else B. The TV available in the lounge was on the information channel which included the time but froze up at some point (I checked the time and though I had about an hour before the flight and had hour til boarding. When I looked up again about twently minutes later the time was exactly the same. C. The Lounge was 20 minutes from the gate and this distance was a total surprise. I provided my boarding pass and the receptioist said nothng about the distance (unlike other airport lounges that I have visited). Note that I stopped into the Chinook Lounge in Calgary to see if they had addressed all of the complaints. I asked how far away my gate was and what steps I had to go through to get there and they had no clue. It turns out that one must take a shuttle bus, go though security again and then go through US customs so bottom line is that one needs the adviised three hours and the Chinook Lounge is essentially useless for travellers connecting to a US destination in Calgary. I would suggest that perhaps your CEO or senior staff should go through the experience of using the above Lounges and believe me this would result in A. Demanding significant improvements or B. Recommending Alternative Lounges or C. Advising that these lounges not be used (and certainly not featuring them on your web site). One additional comment. I arranged to meet someone on your Toronto-Vegas flight at McCarron (last Tuesday nite). There are 26 different luggage carousels so I positioned myself in the middle and monitored the flight arrival information. Officials at McCarron Airport failed to indicate that your plane had arrived. As a result, I was delayed in making my way to meet the individual at Carousel 26 and we missed making contact. Most Toronto passengers were already leaving with their luggage so I approached one of your staff who to put it lightly was useless (not sure why she was there). She would not tell me if my party was on the flight or even when it landed or provide any solution. The McCarron Flight Info Board still did not indicate arrival of your flight even after basically all the luggage was gone. I finally got someone who worked at McCarron to contact the PA Announcer and ask my party to meet me at Carousel 26. The PA Announcement came over a few minutes later ... but said to meet at Carousel 16. Gross incompetence all the way around. Dennis Egan 519-513-1025"

Cons: "Plane was delayed by 3 hours."

Pros: "I have noticed the new seat on the plane which is great."
Cons: "The seat assignment for four of us considering we come early for checked in."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything! Staff were horrible"

Pros: "Friendly crew."
Cons: "Delayed flight. + Even though I've ordered my meals online in advance, the crew didn't know about it and I had to end up asking for my sandwiches. They should have a list and bring the food proactively instead of waiting for you to show the order recipit."

Pros: "The staff on westjet were amazing. Totally went out of their way when they learned we had gone to Las Vegas to be married."
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Canadian airlunes are the worst nothing good about them"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "On time, arrived even half an hour early on the way back. Staff in flight and checking in at YVR amazing. Overall, good spacing for knees between rows, staff awesome, flight on time sharp... great experience so far!"
Cons: "Staff at checking in kiosk at LAS wasn't so friendly."

Pros: "The airline gave each passanger free dinner prior to the flight for being delayed. The in flight attendants were very friendly and helpful. Very efficient with their tasks and security checks."
Cons: "The flight was delayed by 4 hours due to a thunderstorm in toronto."

Pros: "everything was good , on time the planes was clean!!! "Go westjet go""

Pros: "Easy on line check in"
Cons: "Delays on boarding"

Pros: "Everything was on time and the staff were friendly! Much better experience than our last trip!"

Pros: "Crew was excellent especially Taylor"

Pros: "flight was goof"
Cons: "unclean bathrooms in toronto airport right after landing before cutoms. very dirty outside grounds around T3 .We walked from the Shereton on airport road to T3. there was garbage piled on Aug 9, cans overflowing, around T3 and even more on Aug 13. in 4 days there was no attempt to clean up at all."

Cons: "This flight is always late to leave and always gate changes. Maybe the time should be permanently changed. I have caught this flight 3 times and each time the same issue"

Cons: "Because the flight left late, 3 of us had to RUN through the Toronto airport from one end to the other, in order to barely catch our connecting flight from Toronto to Ottawa."

Pros: "Nothing to like"
Cons: "Being taking advantage of"

Pros: "Wheel chair support."
Cons: "All Air hosts..no hostesses. No wine in International flight."

"Brand spanking new planes and amazing crews."

Pros: "cabin crew was friendly enough"
Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour on the tarmac because an engine wouldn't start!"

Pros: "Great crew, fast boarding, nearly empty plane so I had the whole three seat row to myself."
Cons: "The hydraulic pump for the inboard flaps sounded like it was on it's last legs and howled whenever adjustments were made. The cabin pressurization system whistled so loud that I had to put ear buds in to protect my hearing (just on takeoff/landing). Proper maintenance is important!"

Pros: "Comfortable seat with plenty of hip & leg room."
Cons: "Charged $35. for luggage because I didn't know I could go online with the Flair Air website & pay prior to check in. They were friendly and advised me to do this in the future."

Pros: "The plane didn't crash like website and they did not charge $10 for printing off my boarding pass, as no one could with website down. Also, some budget airlines now only allow 40lbs in checked baggage, Looks like they allow 50lbs."
Cons: "Similar problem on the way home, could not book luggage online but could check in. Shop closes at 5 CST so could not call. Even though we told at checkout that it was because of the Christmas volume online, still had to pay Airport (extra) price to check-in baggage. They said I could perhaps get the penalty fee returned if I called in. Told her it's not worth 2 hours on a paid long distance call to get $20 back."

Pros: "Crew were great."
Cons: "I was told by transat to down load an App. to watch entertainment only to be told by Flair Air that they did not provide the service and that I was given the wrong information. So no TV for 5 hrs."

Cons: "New leaf discontinued their Sunday Halifax to Hamilton flight which was to be my return flight home. They did offer me a full refund if I needed to cancel or to rebook on a different flight but I couldn't make the new dates work so I took the full refund. I booked the flights in December for a flight in Feb and they cancelled half way through January so there wasn't a lot of notice given"

Pros: "Everything about Newleaf was awesome."
