Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.
Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.
Crew were welcoming, accommodating and they worked hard to find places for all carry on.
Seats very comfortable; service efficient and pleasant; flight was on-time; boarding organized.
Starlink is great Crew was polite Business class didn’t get a welcome drink just water and snacks were ok
very average service no complimentary alcoholics drinks unlike other airlines such as Porter airlines No decent seats available during check-in time the day before
Hopped on time for the flight only to get deplaned and delayed another 2.5 hours.
Flight attendants had a little attitude. Food tastes no good.
Very poor. The flight was delayed from Toronto because some forget to do there job . I got to my connecting gate in San Francisco 10 minutes before the departure.but this didn’t let me board even though the flight was still there for an other 30 minutes. The the gentleman at the unite airline desk told me that they usually wait for passengers but air Canada called and told them not to we I been rerouted to Manila instead of Hong Kong . In San Francisco they mad me check in my carryon bag . I was told the it will directly go yo ho chi minn cuyt but I was told that by the Vietnams airline desk that’s not there I’m 10 hours behind my scheduled flight and looks like I I’m going without baggage. I don’t have a chance of catching ..
It was great. There were some issues prior to takeoff. The weather was poor so we had to go through deicing, and we were delayed a bit by the pilots' concern about one of the engines, but that's aviation. The pilots handled everything with aplomb, and kept us apprised
Maybe glass of wine would be nice at no charge
The flight didn’t happen because they apparently lost my check in and wouldn’t let me board.
Access to movies was rather confusing. Apart from that, I have no complaints.
As someone who never flies WestJet unless there is no other viable option I have to give this crew credit where credit is due. Extremely well done everyone.
Flight left on time. The crew was very friendly. I had to buy a proper meal. Small cookie and a drink just doesn’t cut it for a 4.5 hours flight.
Experience was good, the wifi hook up is somewhat tough

Flight delayed, missed my pick-up had to Uber, plus missed dinner and medication, so sad!
I booked through westjet. The first flight left late and cost us the connection to the second flight. The second flight after a 4 hour delay was again late because they were short an attendant. Then a door malfunctioned on the plane which led to yet another plane. So by the time we left Calgary we missed the BC ferry and had to pay a charge to get a later one. It ended up being a 24 hour day. That wrecked our first day and part of the second day in BC because we were so overtired.
