Pros: "Food"
Cons: "Checking in was a disaster. Took a long time. Lady wasn’t sure if we were going to embark as my son has two surnames. Ticket was matching middle and last name. She had to consult her superior that in front of us sayid it would be ok. Even after that She was challenging him. At the end it was all good. She had a very bad attitude."

Cons: "The flight itself was great but it was very late in starting due to technical problems with the aircraft."

Cons: "First plane was newer, 2nd plane was older."

Pros: "The food was very good."
Cons: "The entertainment system on the plane could be better, on the flights back from Venice to Minneapolis there were no personal screens for each seat. Instead you had to have a phone. Also, there was no wi-fi."

Pros: "Super comfortable business class seats"

Cons: "Screen is slow and outdated. Easy upgrade from one class to another."

Pros: "Overnight flight so slept. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Cramped seating. No entertainment."

Cons: "poor entertainment choices. Reading lights didn't work. I traveled with my wife, we were unable to read because reading lights didn't work."

Cons: "Garbage in see pocket and broken recline on seat 36k"

Pros: "Friendly, helpful crew."
Cons: "Awful headphones"

Pros: "actually pretty comfortable seats! no delays and the food wasn't too bad."

Cons: "short time between the 2 flights, need to run to catch the next flight. Poor selection and lack of food inventory."

Cons: "The flight was delayed twice causing us to miss our connecting flight to Copenhagen. Air Canada then put us on a flight to London and then connecting to Copenhagen we arrived at 4 PM instead of 10AM ."

Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "Seats"

Pros: "flight was fast and on time, service was good"
Cons: "seat was in poor conditon , numb after 3 hours on a 8 hour flight no entertainment units mounted in plane."

Pros: "The seat comfort was wonderful. And the food was great."

Pros: "Same as above"
Cons: "Immigration was painfully slow and why getting checked again when just coming from another plane? wait time for luggage far too long seems an airport issue same movies"

Pros: "The flight was good, on time, and comfortable. Crew was polite and informative."
Cons: "The sound did not work on my screen, even after trying 3 different sets of headphones."

Cons: "Air Canada did everything wrong except for the actual flying of planes. Repeated delays and cancellations with NO organization or communication to the passengers. I made it to my final destination 24 hours later than original itinerary, almost all of which was spent in airport lines. My bag didn't arrive until 5 days later...on the wrong porch."

Pros: "Pleasant crew"

Cons: "Flight was 1h late"

Cons: "dirt and stuff on floor between floor and wall, bad, never seen that before in a nearly new plane"

Pros: "Air Canada is definitely good quality for the price! The crew is great and the overall comfort of their flights is great."
Cons: "The long-haul transcontinental flights haven't been upgraded with wifi just yet, so a 12 hour business flight without internet. Also, it was hard to know how to upgrade my seat on the return flight; I would have paid for it but couldn't figure out how to upgrade when checking in."

Pros: "Our flight went by quickly, as the seats in Economy were very comfortable and the crew was very kind and accommodating. There was a great selection of movies and TV on the individual entertainment screens. We would definitely fly Air Canada again."
Cons: "Nothing- one of our best international flights!"

Pros: "Flight was on time, direct, and uneventful."
Cons: "The seats are very tight. They ran out of the lower priced drinks. No leg room."

Cons: "Very rude air crew who treats you as a bus passenger, does not completely listen to your requests, on business class. I also had my return connection flight cancelled and moved 6 hours ahead of the original one, which made me just wait that long at the airport."

Pros: "The legroom on Rouge is horrendous. My 6' teenage son was so wedged in we could not move/stretch his legs whatsoever. Problem is, Air Canada gives us no choice but to fly "Rouge" to our destination. Once my flight pass is completed I am seriously thinking of moving moyalty to Westjet. I can't take Rouge discomfort any longer. Also - due to turbulence on the flight they decided to withhold food and beverage service without any announcements the entire flight. Nor did they distribute iPads. Far into the 3 hour flight they came with water. That's it. The insult to injury was that on preparation for landing they said their "canned" announcements that they were coming to collect iPads and any remaining items. Oh and did I mention we left 2 hours late? And the fact that the Premium passenger got meals and we had to smell them all flight long? Funny how that works. Very disappointed, Rouge."

Pros: "Flight from STL to YYZ was unremarkable, which isn't a bad thing when it comes to air transportation. Bit of a delay leaving, waiting for de-icing trucks to show up and do their work, but I'm not sure that's Air Canada's fault."

Pros: "The streaming entertainment system is innovative and well done"
Cons: "Final food service (chicken wrap) was not good; reminded me of a microwave burrito"

Cons: "No in flight entertainment"

Pros: "New, clean plane. Well trained staff at the desk and on the plane. Left on time and arrived early. To keep cost down they have WiFi on board - you provide your own tablet or smartphone."
Cons: "This is Rouge the discount arm of Air Canada. As such the legroom is minimal. The announcements in both official languages were too fast. Get the announcer to slow down a bit!"

Cons: "One one if the kegs from Barcelona and return (through Montreal) there were no individual movies/ music available unless you purchased an IPad rental for $10. If they don't have entertainmentvon in the seat ahead a longer flight they should not charge for a device to watch it!!"

Pros: "short trip"
Cons: "delayed but didn't update the screen as delayed even though it was delayed an hour it still said on time."

Pros: "Food was okay"
Cons: "Rude people on board, crew didnt do anything about this."

Pros: "Flight left on close to on time and landed early/ right on time."
Cons: "#1 Boarding was total mayhem. Why do airlines insist on boarding the plane from front to back? Wouldn't it make sense to start at the back and work your way forward? People are NOT able/aware that they need to get out of the wispy and it creates a bottleneck. If the BACK becomes 'zone 1' and you progress forward, boarding passengers are out of the way and boarding can progress smoothly! Worth a try? #2 cart blocked the aisle for 90% of the flight and it was impossible to get to the bathroom. An elderly gentleman had gotten up before service began, and he was stuck out of his seat for close to 45 minutes as the flight attendants wouldn't back up to let him pass. Perhaps the timing of this could be adjusted in the future."

Cons: "Delays, multiple gate changes, poor waiting areas for express flights!!!"

Pros: "The crew was inviting, helpful, and very kind."
Cons: "Entertainment system did not work. No WIFI on the plane (which was, admittedly disclosed upon ticket purchase, so it was no fault of air canada). Chairs were very uncomfortable and the individual in front of me reclined fully for the entire trip."

Pros: "price"
Cons: "crew seemed very busy and did not care of passenger request, I had asked mote than 5 times for a cup of water for my 7 years old daughter and nobody came back with it. I had to be more directive to get it finally."

Pros: "Good movie selection"
Cons: "Poor organization and late takeoff"

Cons: "Food was bad,"

Cons: "Was put on plane to France, 5 hour layover. Still waiting for my luggage to arrive. Frustrating in extreme."

Cons: "You"

Cons: "Again, more delays."

Pros: "arrived in London."
Cons: "flight delayed from 8 pm to 2 am. $10 voucher for food."

Cons: "map was broken halfway into flight"

Pros: "No problems, friendly crew. I brought my own ear plugs because it was a prop plane, but it would be nice if they handed them out. It's loud in the cabin."

Cons: "Seats were fairly uncomfortable. Unable to even doze off for a few minutes"

Pros: "The plane was not full so there was lots of room to stretch out, very nice."

Cons: "plane was late and missed our connection. put us up in a hotel but only got $7.00 credit for breakfast and lunch which is nothing when the hotel charges over $25.00 for a breakfast and our flight did not leave until 5:00pm."
