Very kind crew. Vegetarian food better than usual. Prompt take off. Entertainment worked well. Could always do with more room!
The dinner was bland and boring, but the economy seats were surprisingly comfortable. The flight was very packed.
Great crew and entertaining Captain. Seats were not what we had expected based on my booking but things worked out in the end. Of course, like all airlines these days not enough leg or elbow room.
The entertainment system was down; food by purchase only; several people did not receive their luggage. No one answers at the local office or online about the luggage.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. Basically, I lost my round-trip tickets because one of my last names was missing, and you didn’t allow me to correct it. I had to purchase a full ticket again. Once I get home, I will start legal proceedings against you.
It’s ok just the boarding point is far too far
They are a sister company with Air Transat and the two companies do not work well together. If you have any issues the two companies will blame each other and you will miss your flights. The help line does not help
Flight delayed any hour and couple of big gate changes
I sat in the club. The seeds were fantastic. The meal was great and Entertainment was good. The crew was fantastic. I recommend it to everybody.
We were lucky enough to arrive at the right time. The staff at YYZ did our complete check in and luggage tags for us. Even made sure we knew where we were to head next and how to get there. It truly was one of the best and easiest check inside. Thanks team.
Smooth ride but I wish they have better food selections.
Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.
I was through check-in right away and on the plane before I knew it perfect in every way

Flight was excellent. The staff was a great comfort with the Captain meeting everyone on board The delay was unforeseen but an inconvenience.almost 3hours was too long to sit in the plane before the flight.
Too many delays. Seats too small. A budget airline. Will never fly Air Canada again.
Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.
It might have been closer to being on time. Maybe next time I could fly from London to Toronto?
The staff was great. There were boarding delays due to the weather although the staff remained calm and friendly. The food is generally sub-par and there was a delay with my luggage but the airline was relatively speedy with having it delivered to me.
Air Canada canceled my flight last minute and I gave me next’s day night time my flight. No accommodations at all. I have a function on Xmas eve. So I had to took rental car last minute.i never ever book a ticket with Canadian airlines at all.
