The baggage drop-off for Air Canada in Toronto for passengers flying international was terrible. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The line was ridiculous; there was no one to help facilitate people avoid confusion, and the baggage system for the line I finally ended up in had to be re-booted right as I got to it.

Flight got canceled. Instead of the booking me for the next flight at night I was booked for the following day at a later time. I was able to fly out that night because I had to call and deal with a human!!!

It was okay. The seating didn’t give you much space especially when you book a premium. It was still pretty close. The seats had no screens which was a disappointment. The crew was awesome though. Again I wish the wait between families with children boarding and general boarding was a little longer to give families some time to get situated especially those bringing a stroller like myself or for solo parents travelling like myself who has to do everything. The time between boarding zones especially with chilling is so short, I had to gate check my stroller and did not have enough time to pull it down and transport my luggage inside all while having my infant strapped to me or to even ask a flight attendant to assist as they’re busy with the the general boarding going on

Too many delays. Seats too small. A budget airline. Will never fly Air Canada again.

Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.

The company hand out head phones so one can watch the movie and other entertainment throughout the flight, after all the ticket is already high Other than that my flight was very good and the attendants was very professional.

It might have been closer to being on time. Maybe next time I could fly from London to Toronto?

No entertainment on a long flight killed it for us

Air Canada canceled my flight last minute and I gave me next’s day night time my flight. No accommodations at all. I have a function on Xmas eve. So I had to took rental car last minute.i never ever book a ticket with Canadian airlines at all.

The flight was good, but it was delayed several times, we were supposed to board at 10:15, and we didn’t board until 11:30.
