Pilot missed Fredericton airstrip on first go, so had to ascend again, turn around and try it again, successfully, albeit a little jittery...perhaps a new or inexperienced pilot. Not the greatest Air Canada experience. Delayed us even more.

The floor plan on the website indicated I was selecting a seat at the front of the cabin with ample leg room. In fact, I was in the row behind it. I should have wondered when the seat was free to upgrade, but it meant I traded an aisle seat three rows back for a middle seat, which was quite cramped. The Internet didn't work and the live TV didn't work until the last half hour of the trip. On a night of World Cup soccer games, not good.

It was okay. The seating didn’t give you much space especially when you book a premium. It was still pretty close. The seats had no screens which was a disappointment. The crew was awesome though. Again I wish the wait between families with children boarding and general boarding was a little longer to give families some time to get situated especially those bringing a stroller like myself or for solo parents travelling like myself who has to do everything. The time between boarding zones especially with chilling is so short, I had to gate check my stroller and did not have enough time to pull it down and transport my luggage inside all while having my infant strapped to me or to even ask a flight attendant to assist as they’re busy with the the general boarding going on

Too many delays. Seats too small. A budget airline. Will never fly Air Canada again.

Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.

The company hand out head phones so one can watch the movie and other entertainment throughout the flight, after all the ticket is already high Other than that my flight was very good and the attendants was very professional.

It might have been closer to being on time. Maybe next time I could fly from London to Toronto?

No entertainment on a long flight killed it for us

Air Canada canceled my flight last minute and I gave me next’s day night time my flight. No accommodations at all. I have a function on Xmas eve. So I had to took rental car last minute.i never ever book a ticket with Canadian airlines at all.

The flight was good, but it was delayed several times, we were supposed to board at 10:15, and we didn’t board until 11:30.
