Find cheap flights from London to Prince George – Compare and Save

Took 3 hours to check in and drop off our suitcases. Half of the passengers were still in line by boarding time. The computer systems and staff were very slow. Staff were also disorganized and kept allowing later flights to skip lines. Suitcases were piling on that several other passengers didn't get their suitcases. Then, we were sitting in the plane for 2 hours and were told that the flight was overbooked. We missed our connecting flight and had to fly the following day but with a stop over. Good thing ONE WestJet customer rep was pleasant and actually knew how to do her job when we wanted to rebook to a direct flight. Thank you to Kim at Toronto airport. Terrible experience at PUJ. Won't go back to Dominican Republic.

There is no snack and nit much that would be considered gluten free in yiur food selections. One of your snacks should be a gluten free cookie or small bar etc. maybe it was me but I didn’t see any free movies just internet connection and YouTube .

The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

Flight delayed, missed my pick-up had to Uber, plus missed dinner and medication, so sad!

Not the greatest experience everything was pretty mediocre. My seat was by the washroom in the aisle and was not located well as everyone past each other people were right in my seat and space.

We never had an experience they canceled the flight and they did not offer us an alternative flight. I had to book one on my own expense. They offered us food voucher and we could not use them at the airport it kept saying not attached to an existing flight. The people at the counter were rude and cold and they did not care about our situation

Very friendly staff at the check in.crew was excellent in side the plane & service was great 👍

I booked through westjet. The first flight left late and cost us the connection to the second flight. The second flight after a 4 hour delay was again late because they were short an attendant. Then a door malfunctioned on the plane which led to yet another plane. So by the time we left Calgary we missed the BC ferry and had to pay a charge to get a later one. It ended up being a 24 hour day. That wrecked our first day and part of the second day in BC because we were so overtired.
