Then after a while when going to the restroom i asked the male steward if he would have a pen please, he pointed out they dont have any pens. ( please note he marked on his check board, who is getting which meal on the first class)"

Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Cons: "One of the flight attendants was incredibly dismissive. “Forgot” to ask for my order to get lunch, so needed to call him so he could take my order (he was already in the middle of eating his own food) and of course by then what I asked for was not available, and the options for food were bad. On top of that, the trash from the top of my table was not cleared for a long, long, long time (even though everyone else’s in my section were clean). First time this happens to me in all my years of flying, specially in upper economy class."

Lucky Westjet flight delayed (usual) And made flight by running to gate. Then get to sit on plane for an hour. AGAIN. Two flights on Westjet and two delayed and two sat in the plane an hour. First time missed my connecting to Hong Kong and Bangkok. I know nothing perfect, but this seems to be the norm. Next time will try to find someone else to fly with."

They pilot spoke overhead very pleasantly and apologetically and encouraged walking around and using the restroom but they crew gave everyone a hard time. There was no offer of complementary food service or compensation for anyone despite being on the plane for double the amount of time planned. Finally, the in flight entertainment worked for maybe half hour of the actual flight with no explanation or acknowledgement."

It was literally like biting into a popsicle. My teeth hurt for the rest of the flight after just one bite. I asked for another sandwich which took a while because they were busy with other passengers. My replacement sandwich felt just as cold but it wasn’t frozen solid like the first one. It seems like a minor inconvenience but it became quite frustrating."

"We stop loading X amount of minutes before take off" I can't remember the exact number but there was ten minutes to spare before said time when they stopped loading. Dealt with it. Not happy but at least my luggage wasn't lost. Will I fly with WestJet again? Probably. Will I expect some sort of hang up and/or inconvenience? Definitely."

Cons: "THe previous flight that we took, on June 20th, from Las Vegas to Toronto, was cancelled at the last minute. As we had a tightly-scheduled flight to Amsterdam, we missed that connection. There was no notification given prior to the cancellation, just suddenly came up on the monitors at McCarren Airport. No explanation was offered. THe flight that we were transferred to arrived in Toronto too late to get us onto our Amsterdam flight, and so Air Canada personnel gave us vouchers for food and tried to book us a hotel room. We were ferried to 3 hotels, and turned away at all of them, an dwound up sleeping on the flor of the kid's area at TOranto Airport. we finally got to Amsterdam a day late.and had our trip upgraded to business class for our trouble. I have no quarrel with the treatment that we received from Air Canada personel. THey were very patient and gracious, in spite of a number of irate passengers in the same situation that we were in. However, the failure to have accomodations for stranded travelers was exemplary of poor planning on the part of administration, not personnel. I am really torn as to whether or not to use Air Canada again. WHen it is good, it is very good, but when iit is bad, it is the worst that I've ever experienced."

The people at the gate were unbending and I'm so disappointed that it is more important to you to make money than help non-profit organizations. I have run Isla Animals for 15 years and have had much help from kind airlines, I won't be flying yours or recommending yours to any dog lovers."

Cons: "Sitting on the plane for over an hour before we could take off The plane needs a good cleaning. Small size bits of garbage on the floor next to the wall. It's getting missed ... Needs to be vacuumed"

Cons: "We flew Air Canada Rouge both to Maui and returning. On the way out, our plane had a "fuel pump" failure and we had to sit on the tarmac for almost 2 hours. On our first attempt at a return flight, we were delayed because they were missing a flight attendant. After she showed up, we were told that a seal on the plane was leaking hot air onto the fuel tank, and we were likely not leaving the airport that night. They kept us at the gate for hours because there was a (and I quote) "1% chance we could get the part from another island, but don't count on it" The time for them to legally keep the pilot and attendants came and went, so they all left... but we were still kept at the gate. The plane left the gate and STILL AC Rouge wouldn't officially cancel the flight, because then they would have to put us up in hotels. So no crew, no plane, and all of us sitting at the gate at 2 in the morning waiting for some guy in some mainland city to call and tell us we could leave. FINALLY, the call came in, and we spent another hour and a half waiting in line to get hotel vouchers. The next day, when we actually got on the plane, my brother in law sat down to all of a sudden receive a fountain of water pouring on his head from the ventilation system. When he asked if he could get some tape or something to plug the leak of water, the stewardess told him that they are not allowed to put tape anywhere. So he stood there with a waded up paper towel. Oh, and there was puke on my seatbelt. Sure , it is a budget flight. But I am paying less for not having a meal, cramped seats, and minimal service... NOT an unsafe plane that is literally peeing on our faces for being dumb enough to choose this airline. Congrats, Air Canada Rouge for our worst flight experience. Get some planes that aren't falling apart."

Pros: "The flight left on time. The crew were polite and professional. The pilot didn't hit any bumps in the air."
Cons: "I don't like flying in general. It is one long hassle from what you can carry in your luggage to the cramped quarters. It is still faster than driving."

Pros: "A very quick trip and the aircraft wasn't crowded at all. Very nice trip."

Pros: "Staff was pleasant and helpful"
Cons: "We did not know about having to download the App for the entertainment option. This would have been good to know before hand"

Cons: "Could not book on line and had to sit 20 rows from my wife. When you book 2 persons 1 month in advance then I would expect that we would at least be seated together. Plane was full but A/C made no effort whatsoever to seat us together. With so many choices out there to fly with they ( Air Canada ) should try to put in a little more effort"
