The 787 was amazing. Listening to screaming and crying children for four hours was horrible. Small children should be in one section. Seats were very comfortable and leg room was fantastic. Information was very generic on timing.

A lot of people needing bathroom before arrival some didn’t get to use; plane a little small felt cramped but worked still a bigger plane would be nice. Crew was friendly and flight was on time and smooth. No food for vegans 🤔
lucky i am considered slender. but i am 5'7", so in case of emergency it would have been completely impossible to put my head on my lap. THERE SIMPLY WAS NO ROOM TO BEND OVER, ALTHOUGH I AM MORE THAN CAPABLE(AS A LIFETIME OF YOGA WILL ATTEST TO). CRAZY DANGEROUS HOW SQUEEZED INTO THE SEATS WE WERE. i have travelled to mexico for almost 20 years, mostly on westjet, but they have obviously squeezed more seats into the 737 to ,,,,,you guessed it make more money!!!!!! also i had to repeatedly move my 'seatmate' as she kept falling asleep, and as she was definately not slender, she squished me into the window seat all through the flight., if i could have jumped out of the plane and swam to mexico i would have done it in a heartbeat. TERRIBLE FLIGHT, NO FOOD, OH, SORRY, FREE PRETZELS OR COOKIES. LOTS OF BOOZE FOR SALE THOUGH!!!! WORST FLIGHT OF MY LIFE!!!!!
Lisbon, make sure to get food , coffee prior to going to boarding gates as there is no food being served after. Only vending machines. A lot of check points to get to the boarding gates. Not enough seating for passengers waiting to board. Crew was very courteous and kind.
We could not check in early, I think because we purchases through a third party, therefore once we got to the airport, no seats together, and only middle seats. Will never do that again
The Air Transat representatives in Punta Cana need serious retraining on Customer Services. Lost luggage claims that goes helplessly unansweree, reps yelling at clients to go behind the red line as the check in line ballooned....
Flight as delayed 5 hours, we missed our connection and had to cancel our whole trip. Plus we spent $300 for a room at the airport the night before and that was a waste of money. Air Canada retrieved that plane from mothballs and it needed extensive maintenance. This is our last thought of flying with this carrier
It was my first journey on Air Canada. To be honest the expectation was high and excitement was very low.
Boarding was seemless. As for the flight itself, we deiced the wings twice. Had to come back to check for mechanical issues leading to our flight arriving 3-hours late to destination. As for food choice, do not choose the pancakes as it was similar to eating sweet microwaved porridge.
I liked the staff but the plane arrived late to Atlanta and when we landed in Montreal there was a plane already at the arrival gate causing me to miss my flight to London. This resulted in an extra stop in Lyon, France and the airline lost my bag. I arrived finally on the 15th of December and now it is currently the 19th and I still do not even know where my bag is after days of calling and tracking to find it.
I was told at customs in Toronto that us border was closed at 8:30 on a Saturday, preventing me from catching connecting flight from Toronto to Chicago. Not sure why they close that early, but why was Air Canada having a flight at 8:55 if they knew customs closes before that. The flight attendant assured me I had plenty of time at 8pm to make my flight. Also pearson international is sooo poorly organized and run. They kept saying someone from air Canada will be downstairs or at the end of the hall to help you with your connecting flight. But they weren’t there or had no idea how to help. Complete incompetence. Worst airport I’ve gone through. Poor signage and directions.

Don’t have wheelchair help at gate in SFO, expecting someone on arrival can help to get wheelchair to transport me to the baggage claim area.
The meal service could have been better for a 14 hours flight especially in business class
Can't be happy with a 5 hour delay. Only given $10 voucher for food and still EVERYTHING was an upcharge during the flight.

I try to buy water the cabin crews told me I had to wait for them to come around with the trolley I waited over 2 hours !!!!! Literally 2 hours I was so thirsty .

Great staff. Cramped seating for someone 5 feet, 2 inches and average weight. So if you're tall or heavy -- good luck. Even if you wait until the 24 hour checkin time, you still charge for seating. Really? So either it is a less-than-pleasant experience or pay the price of a "big name" airline. And if I'm going to pay their prices, why would I fly in your cramped seat? So, in the end, you want to give less comfort for the same prices as Air Canada. Go figure.
The airplane smokes and they think it's normal.... this is sign of deterioration
