Smooth ride but I wish they have better food selections.

Aircraft is designed with all 3 washrooms at the back of the plane, meaning that when there is service underway, there are no washrooms available and it gets very crowded at the back of the plane.

Too many delays. Seats too small. A budget airline. Will never fly Air Canada again.

Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.

Arrived at our connection to find out all 4 of our seats were moved in different parts of the aircraft. Traveling with two small children, this was not going to work. We spoke with the gate attendant and she was not helpful and downright rude. They could only “accommodate” having 2 seats together and this was an international flight. We will not be traveling with air Canada again unless there are absolutely no other options.

It might have been closer to being on time. Maybe next time I could fly from London to Toronto?

The flight crew was extremely accommodating, finding a place for my guitar. Thank you so much! Departure time, however it was delayed almost an hour because the plane was not at our gate on time. We did make up most of that timing flight, however, but it is always annoying to be delayed for that length of time. I was looking forward to the, but, honestly, it was really bad. Overall, however, my first experience with Canada was really good and I would recommend you. Thx.

Air Canada canceled my flight last minute and I gave me next’s day night time my flight. No accommodations at all. I have a function on Xmas eve. So I had to took rental car last minute.i never ever book a ticket with Canadian airlines at all.

Flight was almost 30 min late. Food was terrible and such tiny portions!! Passengers were hungry. Entertainment system is fine.

Terribly inconvenient to not have WiFi for the entire 8hr flight. Sitting in business class, we were surprised the bread was served cold, not room temp, cold. They used to be served so that they seemed freshly baked. Same can be said for the squashes croissant at breakfast. Both were squashed flat. There was no champagne on the flight. And, bring back beverage service prior to take off!!!! Our departure was delayed for over 30 minutes so no beverages really stood out as something missing. Crew, seats, entertainment choices, all excellent!
