The usb ports to charge phones laptops did not work.

Staff never asked passengers to bring their seat backs forward during landing. Was hoping to get a little relief from the passenger in front of me (I have long legs that I cannot stow in the overhead). Otherwise the flight was very pleasant.

Everything was excellent except the breakfast was cheap yogurt and cake ????

Exorbitantly overpriced ticket. Flight was delayed as per usual with air Canada and there was zero refund or compensation.

Flight delay due to staff shortage. No snack or drinks served. Toilets had water collecting on the floor.

Too many delays. Seats too small. A budget airline. Will never fly Air Canada again.

Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.

It might have been closer to being on time. Maybe next time I could fly from London to Toronto?

Air Canada canceled my flight last minute and I gave me next’s day night time my flight. No accommodations at all. I have a function on Xmas eve. So I had to took rental car last minute.i never ever book a ticket with Canadian airlines at all.
