The Delta plane was super uncomfortable and the food was terrible.
Staff are Experience and helpful and cheerful makes you feel at home good airlines 👍

We run a nonprofit called the Montana Kayak Academy which provides free whitewater instruction to youth between 8 &18 yrs old and we will be sure to tell everyone we know to NOT TRAVEL WITH EITHER VIRGIN ATLANTIC OR BRITISH AIRWAYS.... EVER!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

There was a 2hr delay to an 8:40 departure. SUPER irritating. Had chosen an earlier flight so that these kinds of things wouldn't happen. Breakfast was poor a croissant and a yogurt. Not enough for an adult, I've had better on other international flights.

She told me me to go to the regular check-in line, where I waited another 45 minutes. None of the 3 "help" personnel standing around when approached managed to tell me that there was a special counter for handicapped persons. The one at the express self-check-in refused to give me her lasst name or any form of ID (first name Sophia). After waiting an additional 15 minutes for a wheelchair, I was deposited in a waiting area, where a second wheelchair arrived after another long wait. Told me I might not make the plan (I did). Overall a very unpleasant and nasty experience. With the exception of the very nice lady (Mrs. Ilser?? ) who checked in my luggage, none of the other 3 persons at the express and regular check-in spoke decent German or English, and none was helpful (Go there, wait!!!) Barely made the plane in MUC, Heathrow turned out much better than the touted German efficiency. Please forward to Lufthansa customer relations. Dr. W. Hartwig"

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

After deplaning and waiting for all passengers without checked bags to be rebooked, we eventually were on our way by car from LGA to JFK airport to meet a British Airways ECONOMY flight with only minutes to spare"

Cons: "Our original flight was cancelled due to WestJet reasons (plane was not safe to fly) the following evening the flight was supposed to depart at 7pm we didn’t take off until 10:37 pm causing an arrival of 940AM into London instead of 7:23AM primarily because the crew they chose for this new flight was coming from Montreal so we had to wait for them to arrive."

Just showing a lack of maintenance or cost saving measures until new planes are delivered. Not a great impression for a carrier striving to compete against Air Canada. I would say they are competing with Air Transat."

Customers were pretty impatient in the early morning as well which didn't help the situation. Not sure if snacks or refreshments (other than water) we're handed out in a 4.5 hour flight as well."

He guest services at tronto openly claimed they did lot know how to operate certain screens for transactions."

Cons: "On an 8 hour flight there’s no complimentary meal. I paid for a meal and it was worse than free plane food and starved for the rest of the trip. The chairs were horribly uncomfortable with no lower back support and we were not even given pillows and blankets. There was also no free entertainment. I rented a tablet and had it taken away an hour before landing while I was in the middle of a movie. I might have been ok with that if the flight attendant had politely asked for it back rather than rudely waving and pointing while I stared at her blankly trying to figure out what she wanted. Next time I’ll pay a bit more for an airline that respects its passengers and our comfort."
Cons: "Pre-ordered meals are costlier than those purchased on board. The crew explains it by saying that they give some extra food just before landing, in lieu of that but what they give is too meagre and its not the customers choice."

Cons: "I didn't like that someone was reclining in there seat in front of me and it was so far down that it was uncomfortable even to sit in my seat or get to my table. Also was very disappointed that I had to pay for food even though it was way over 8 hours, in the end didn't even bother about food was not much of a choice. Also no TV on this long haul flight was really disappointed again, so I had to pay for a tablet was hugely disappointed. Needed more leg room was cramped on this flight."

The best line was, "Our plane will be landed an hour earlier! But because London doesn't like it when we land early, we're going to wait here for a while on the tarmac so we make it there on time.""

Poor communication from boarding staff, airport staff not a clue. Communication on board was un decipherable and airline lost baggage.
Air France service was superb. The airline did their best to expedite the boarding process even with the constant changes of Covid19 guidelines

I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."

Cons: "At one point during the flight I took a video out of my window with my camera, a member of the cabin crew barked at me in French. In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."
