Liked getting into Milan at 10 AM. Also ok to get into LAX at 9:35 pm. - less traffic driving home. Layover a bit long - say 3-4 hours each way. Montreal airport kind of grim these days. Would lose the duty free area. Think art versus advertising. Maybe local shops and food spots. And keep layover short - like 1 hour on Finnair in Helsinki.
Upgraded to sit at the exit door so good leg room.

Orderly boarding. The flight to Montreal was difficult to get to on time, but had help from staffer.
The food on this 5 hour flight was a cookie or pretzels.
My light was not working, I requested a meal without carrots( due to an allergy). It was not provided, so during the 13 hour flight, I was only able to consume bread and a small fruit cup. The air host was not helpful at all.

In-seat entertainment was great. Gluten free food options were very good and they gave a lot of food.
Staff was very courteous and kept things organized. We will definitely use Air Canada for further travel
I am very tall. All airline seats are a bit uncomfortable.
Liked the flight being almost on time (airport issues created a delay). Disliked the issue printing tag bags on the kiosk and having to wait for an hour on like to drop my bags.
Flight was cancelled and rebooking was an hours long experience which required us to rent a cab, hotel room and fly the next day on a different airline with a much longer layover
Poor food on flight between Toronto and Stockholm Airport Toronto too crowded

Business Class Configuration was excellent- private and comfortable. Crew and service were excellent. I really appreciate Air Canada cabin pressurization equal to an altitude of 8,000ft. Upon landing, I felt more alert and refreshed than typical for international flights

Everything was perfect. That is the most beautiful flight over thenDolomites.
Hard to use tables and TV screens interfere with the enjoyment of flight experience. Other than that it was a smooth and comfortable ride and we were well taken care of.
The booking I made 2 months in advance got changed the week before with another flight and had to pay more for seats and luggage. Not to mention hours and hours on hold to make sure my flight is still booked.
The entertainment screens need to be updated. Very difficult to navigate through with old equipment.
