New high end luggage ruined/zippers broken, items missing. All happened on return flight from msp to mso. Do better! Not store bought luggage but high end personalized ogio custom embroidered luggage. Total slap in the face ontop of an extra luggage fee that took me 3 hrs on chat to resolve.
The plane was old and thus the seats were not good. No cushion left whatsoever, and it all was a bit worn out.
After a 5 hour delay waiting at the gate (3 delays adding up) with no clear reason provided, we finally boarded flew 3/4 of the way to Toronto then were turned back to New York. As we neared New York, the pilot declared that it was his fault, something to do with timing and him not being allowed into the country???? How could the airline let his happen? They had hours to prepare and make sure they had a crew available for the flight! We ended up in Toronto a day late with no sleep.
Rode in a smaller plane and short trip meant no snacks, no free wifi or tv. It was only 30min flight so honestly wasn’t a big deal to lack these items.
We were forced to wait nearly 50 additional minutes before leaving the terminal.
I appreciated friendly service from check-in, to boarding, to in-flight amenities! Attendants were accommodating and helpful. Thank you! Elaine
I've flown many many times on Northwest and then Delta. The crew on this flight were absolutely the best I've had the pleasure of being looked after by.
West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.
Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️ We didn't get on this flight

737-8 Max is an awful design. Toilets in the rear are inaccessible for most of the flight due to service carts.
Flight was overbooked and seats assigned to multiple passengers. Delay 1 hour to sort out.
My seat was one of those that couldn't recline, but the problem was that it was abnormally upright, so the headrest actually made the seat concave, which was uncomfortable and hard on my lower back. I had to ball my jacket up and use it as lumbar support. goodness I had it with me.
I booked my flight months ago, and checked-in online about 12 hours before the flight. I received an email confirmation of check-in. I had no subsequent communication from Air Canada after my original booking. After arriving at the airport three hours before the flight, as instructed, I waited 90 minutes for an agent to appear to check my bag. I was informed that my flight had been canceled many weeks before, and that flight was no longer being run!! I showed a copy of my check-in confirmation, but no explanation could be found. I was placed on standby for the next flight and the connection. Luckily, those flights were not full and I arrived at my destination. I double checked my email, but I received no update about the flight from Air Canada until the day of the flight.
Very good. Very efficient. Entertainment was not functioning both ways which was disappointing.
Wifi didn’t work and no entertainment at all budget airline for an obvious reason. At least drinks were free. And one crappy cookie. I’m not expecting a lot for a cheapo flight but stuff should still be working on a plane!
First time flying Air Canada and the trip was very pleasant! They did a great job getting us out of Toronto and into Rome (early!) For an international flight it was very enjoyable.
Seats are warn out, feels like your sitting on plastic. Staff was okay at best, doing the minimal they can for there job.
Everything about this flight could have been better; flight crew were horrendous lazy and inattentive The boarding process was the worst I have ever experienced in all my years of travel. Air Canada crew lied to me; tried to blame others for their mistakes and were horrendous inappropriate to me. They misrepresented their complicity in what had happened and tried to lie directly to me and blame The visa banking system and sex trafficking cartels. They stole my money; mistreated me; were disgusting and disrespectful and caused me irreparable mental harm
