Don't often sit in 1st class. Our experience was great.
Boarding time was easy & quick. Crew was excellent. In-flight entertainment was great/easy. Seats are too small and not enough room between rows: felt like a sardine/very cramped.
lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints
It was wonderful upgrading to first. Plane was so cold thou. Crew was great. Wish there was a food option in first for such a long flight. Doesnt matter the time of day. Chintzy.
Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.
While going to Porto Portugal my luggage was delayed for 3 days . While coming back My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight . No compensation for delayed luggage. Not a happy experience .
We paid for 1st class seats and they did not even recline enough to making sleeping possible on this red-eye flight. No coffee before landing either. Will not be flying American again.
Flight got delayed 1 hour from 1145 pm to 1245 am the another hour to 145 am just for them to cancel our flight. Waited until we gave up at 4 and decided to take an uber to a hotel since it was taking too long for them to provide us with one.
Flight was delayed and American failed to hold my connecting flight for 5 minutes to let me board after running through CLT to get to the gate. The plane was still at the gate. Gate agent could not have cared less
The flight got delayed more than an hour due to maintenance issue after the passengers were all on board. I missed my connecting flight and had a trouble finding a next flight. The crews didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience of the passengers missing a next flight. It was very frustrating experience flying with American Airlines. I will not fly with AA in the future.
Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.
It was an enjoyable flight. I guess the airlines will never go back to catering, they save so much money.

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.
When we got to the airport for our flight from Chicago to Montreal which was scheduled for 2.00 p.m. they had no record of it and booked us on a flight at 3.30 very disappointing . We also had to pay 50.00 each for a seat. All things considered ,I will never book thru Kayak again. Next time I will only book directly thru Air Canada no second party booking Sue
Terrible crew. Mediocre food. Terrible headphones. No Bluetooth connection for entertainment. Crying babies. Horrible experience.
I am 6'0 and almost no leg room. I am also not a small person, but this was the first time I had a issue with the seat belt. I feel like they should be made a tad bit bigger.

Air Canada continues to disappoint in almost every way. Probably the result of a monopoly, so NO need to improve anything
