Made the Atlanta to Pittsburgh trip many times, with Delta no issues

It was a Red-Eye flight so was not comfortable enough to sleep, but seat was as expected. Crew was great and in-flight entertainment was excellent. Flight was smooth

I love the free wifi and headrest screens. I would consider Delta even more because of this but the seats aren't so great. The snacks aren't very good in my opinion. I bought a Bloody Mary and that was great! So just be comfortable with better snacks and the airline world will be yours.

Crew was great. Friendly, calm, interesting, happy to be there. That makes a huge difference. Plane was very quiet. Also quite empty so I had three seats to sleep across

There were choices for the snacks. Good choices and tasty lunch and breakfast as well.

Crew wasn’t attentive. We didn’t see our flight attendant for stretches of time and inflight beverage service was cut short (as it always is on this route).

I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!

Delta needs to step up the meals and snacks. They have been serving the same two meals for three years.... It is time to change it up.

There is no free Wi-Fi or screens in the seats for this flight. It would be nice if they had actual actual healthy drink options like a flavored sparkling water. The flight was very dark because nobody was sitting on the left side and they didn't open any of the windows. The plane was kind of and had small overhead bins. There was no distinguishable difference between economy and comfort Plus.

Boarding was easy. Gate agent was great! I have flown at this time before and they always make the announcement that the overhead bins are already full or my carry on is subject to plane-side tagging. Never fails. A bigger plane with more overhead space would be better. Overall a great flight

The food has never improved. It will never improve. But when I'm boarding a flight in priority boarding and I've spent 10 hours inside the security area of the airport and I get "randomly" selected for additional screening as I board the plane when the flight has already been delayed, and I work as a military contractor that has been issued visas direct from JMOD, I find it ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to use AA on international flights. JAL is a better airline with older planes. The flight attendants on international hauls on American also have a chip on their shoulder and really dont deliver the same level of service code share partners do.

Entertainment was okay not because anything was wrong but it is a short flight so having no wifi is annoying but understandable. Crew was outstanding as usual

The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! I don’t think the flight attendants are happy. They do not seem to be friendly or welcoming.

We were delayed bc ground crew gave the flight crew the wrong paperwork. We taxiied to the runway then back to the gate to get the correct paperwork that no one bothered reviewing the first time we pushed back. Boarding was rude and stressful like it always is. Gate agents and flight attendants are all over 55 years of age, embittered by years of underpayment From AA leading to their passive agressive bitchiness for no reason.

lounge was the highlight - seats weren't that comfortable - it was a full flight but no complaints

Great flight. Boarding was efficient and quick. On time departure and smooth flight. Flight arrived early at destination. Good experience.

I grand parents didn’t receive any special treatment they are seniors even i ask for wheelchair

On a 4.5 hour flight to Las Vegas there was no food/lunch provided only cookies and a drink. This airline is starting to look and act like Sprit/Frontier. Will start to look into other airlines to fly more comfortably

My check in experience was horrible. When checking in online, my husband got a boarding pass, I did not. We were not able to check our bags online. I also did not get TSA pre check which I have.

I declined a wheelchair in Vienna as I was told it was a short walk. However, though I "boarded" the bus first, I was at the back when we got to the plane. There were steps up to the plane and no-one helped except the stewardess as I was near the top of the stairs. She found a better seat for me also.

Food not so good. Need more veggies and whole grain especially the late food. Couldn’t figure out how to use the entertainment system.

Entertainment catalog certainly needs an upgrade to include better and latest content. Food was not good at all - they need to cook something edible. Five starts to the crew and on tim performance of British airways though!!

Having traveled from Canada through Seattle -London-Edinburgh with only carry on ( to keep trip uncomplicated ) We had to check our hand luggage at the gate as flight was full This was really annoying since due to their late flight in from Seattle we’d missed our orginal flight to Edinburgh and had been put on a flight four hours later We had no checked luggage with no need to go to the baggage carousel Very annoying

I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened

They canceled my flight , they put me on a different flight that was delayed and the connection was lost . They lost my luggage. And now I’m stuck with any of my belongings.

A little more legroom, and maybe a little bit of food

I was called up at the gate not knowing why and then handed over my passport and was told I was being upgraded from Premier economy to Business class and it was wonderful. I've never been upgraded before and it was such a pleasant experience.

Flight cancelled and i was rebooked on delta. Delta business class is not the same as British

Ord ->LHR->Rome no glitches , food disappointing Rome->LHR->ORD late , missed flights , had to stay overnight in London , missed flight in Chicago Plane was cold , one bathroom had no bright light in it , mediocre dinner , snack one step up from dog food . Crew was nice . Would try another airline to Rome next time

It's good value for the price. Snacks are available for a price but there is no meal. The flight was aboutr 40 mn late leaving, and the gate was not ready for the plaine in Ottawa. That took an extra 15 mn once landed. You can use the express NEXUS line at Customs in Ottawa if you have a NEXUS card. I thought it was worth paying an extra $50 for extra leg room on the flight.

Good flight and all but airlines are now moving away from providing anything as part of the flight which was previously included, ie in flight entertainment service or snacks.

The real problem with Sunwing is that they are totally undependable. Plane was supposed to heave at 8:20 pm from Varadero to Toronto. Instead because of delays on their part, finally left at 2:30 AM Same thing happened a few days back to my family whereby they were delayed one full day. Throughout the process, no one told them anything. They found out by accident from another passenger after waiting a few hours in the hotel all for nothing Same thing happened with my daughter and husband last year with delays which caused them to miss two days of s much needed 7 days break to Aruba No matter what the cost, I will nit fly Sunwing again and also encourage friends and values to never fly this hihh highly problematic airline

Edreams did not pay the airline and I had to buy another ticket to be able to travel and they still have not refunded my money

Why do I have to pay $20 to leave the airport? Why do I have to pay $25 for the carry on? This was my worst travelling experiences ever. This was my second time and my last time

Minimal service (no entertainment or snack) as advertised, so be prepared. Very friendly flight crew and staff. Excellent service all around

I bought a 1-way ticket from Punta Cana home to Canada, surprise, when I got to the lineup at the airport Sunwing charges a 20 USD airport tax separately. I was told I should have known, though it is the only airline in the terminal that charges it (separately, USD only, no cards or local currency accepted). ATMs at the airport out of service, nowhere to purchase USD on-site. Local banks do not sell you USD if you don't have an account with them... Eventually I found a taxi driver to buy the currency from. Luckily I speak Spanish and am comfortable in the country on my own. I was able to find a solution as the Nexus greeter for Sunwing offered no help. Other Sunwing team members and flight crew I met later were much more helpful when I could not complete self-check-in (flying with carry-on only) as all the seats were locked and apparently could only be assigned at the desk (despite the greeter telling me to use the self-check-in).

Due to the onboard check on system malfunction, we were getting conflicting messages about the flight status. Found it very interesting that kayak gave us updates before the Sunwing app or representatives did.

Was not allowed to board because my KAYAK purchased ticket was declined / invalidated. DO NOT USE KAYAK.
