Pros: "The boarding process was simple enough"
Cons: "The flight attendants weren’t the nicest. We weren’t greeted or sent off with thank you or smiles. The airline ruined my suitcase somehow. They broke 2 of the 4 wheels."

Pros: "The whole thing was very pleasant, from boarding to the flight, to the awesome crew, very helpful, always smiling, we traveled with my mom, and mother in law, both in their late 60s and 7 years old kid, and everyone from the ticket counter to the crew always ready to help, first time I fly Alaska, and in my opinion, a better experience than when I had traveled with the other major carriers."

Pros: "I'm used to being spoiled by Hawaiian Airlines. By comparison to Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian is a lot warmer with customer service, they are more efficient, they give you a free meal for trans-pacific flights, and they give you a screen or full entertainment system (depending on what kind of airplane you get). Alaska Airlines, by contrast, is a lot more bare-bones. I hardly had any contact with the flight attendants (when I did, they were nice enough I suppose), there was no food on the flight unless you paid a good penny for it, the seats were pretty average, and there was nothing really to watch (not even a common screen for movies, and this was a trans-pacific flight). You had to order their entertainment iPads. So I pretty much slept. That said, both Alaska and Hawaiian have good prices. Alaska had better options for departure and arrival times."

Pre-flight email should have warned passengers to download beforehand. 4) Exiting plane only allowed from front; took forever from our next-to-last row."

When I asked if she could pour a bit of water into my water bottle, rather than say, "I'm sorry, I am not allowed" or "unfortunately, no" or really anything verbal, she made a "tsk, tsk" face and offered me a plastic cup. Besides being annoyingly wasteful as a policy (if indeed it is one - this has not been an issue on other airlines), her customer service skills left something to be desired. This strange interaction left me with a poor overall impression of the flight experience."

Cons: "Boarding was delayed, disorganized and chaotic. Flight crew seemed to be overwhelmed and scattered. Ran out of hot meal about halfway through aircraft. When I expressed my disappointment, the F.A. said that there were a lot of wrestlers on board and they got all the food. I commented that it was poor planning and the FA stated that he didn't think anything would please me. He was argumentative and rude, IMO. He could have handled it better, eg: "So sorry. Out of our control, etc." To say that the food went to the wrestlers, and attitude gave me and those around me, the impression that he really didn't give a damn. Customer service training would be a good idea."

Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. My bag landed on the belt completely open, clothes and laptop hanging out bag onto belt, bag was damaged, zipper broken with holes in the fabric, bag was soaking wet! No one at airport able to assist with a damaged bag claim. Very disappointed in the Baton Rouge airport and lack of available staff to handle baggage issue."

Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

Very disappointed of Delta - lost 3 hrs at the airport today"

The time spent was around 6 hours....4 of them the were on one continuous phone call where we were bumped back and forth between West Jet and Delta. The problem was never fixed and we haven’t flown home yet. We have new flights booked on Delta but only because Delta took pity....West Jet does no refunds or reticketing. If flights are missed you're out on of luck!"

Also, I never received a breakfast (it was an 11 hour flight). I might have been asleep, not sure but then again once I was awake, no flight attendant came to ask if I wanted breakfast. In other words, while flight personnel was polite, they did not provide a very attentive service (and there were only 11 of us in the AM Premier business sections)."

We bought a flight Montreal-Mexico-Panama City, but for some reasons, it was impossible to get boarding passes for the second part of this flight... We had to check-in again in Mexico city."

I arrived at the gate at the time the boarding pass said and the plane had already left. I am traveling to my father's funeral and the only option I had was to rebook for an additional cost of $600. Extremely upset."

I think its totally unprofessional to see crew eating food from first class right next to you, while you didn't even get a meal choice because you were in the last row. Also, some of them heat up their personal food which makes the cabin smell. If you had a mediocre pasta dish because there was no chicken left and then you start smelling chicken after, it's really not nice."

It was a spinach salad with balsamic vinagrette dress (in a cute little bottle), chicken breast over rice, a piece of cheese and grapes, a kitkat bar and some other little thing. Cons: "We arrived at the airport to find that they had overbooked the plane and our family's 4 seats were in jeopardy. We had to wait until they had processed everyone else in line, even though we had gotten there first, because either they were in the "sky priority" line or because maybe they had pre-bought their seat assignments. After a tense 20 minutes of waiting, they closed the flight and let us have our seats. Then, at the gate, they confiscated two of our most important carry on bags and checked them because they said that children are not allowed a carry on item -- despite paying full freight for their seats! It was very nerve-wracking at our arrival destinations as these two items were not padlocked and were the very last to come on the conveyor belt."

Cons: "For starters, the air conditioning either wasn't working or was super slow making the flight uncomfortably hot. This is the second flight on this trip where a flight has been delayed and there is just TOO much confusion. You guys don't have enough employees guiding us to the right direction. Which caused me to miss my flight. Making me spend an awful night over night at the airport, missing work, and overall just an INCONVENIENCE. Delayed flights seem to be a common thing with your airline son ADD MORE STAFF! So ridiculous, the staff in Mexico City are useless at helping people out!!! I'm not one to complain but this was so unprofessional!"
Cons: "To start with I paid to check in my suitcase. But I change my mind and decided to have a cary on. when I arrived at the airport I told an agent that I wanted to bring my suitcase as carry-on and she said that it was too large. So I had to wait in line. When I finally fot to the counter the agent and the agent realized I had already paid. She said that I could try take my suitcase under my own responsibility because she thought security would send me back. I was very surprised to hear this because it is a computer case. I did not have any problems and was able to embark. The plane had not bern clean. The pocket underneath my table had a used kleenex and the table of the person seated next to my had coffee spilled. During the 5:50 hrs only once were we offer a drink. Really bad service for an international flight."

Cons: "Waited from scheduled boarding to when the flight was cancelled- 3 hours and then little help from Aero Mexico to rebook to final destination in a reasonable time. Was promised a full refund of cancelled booking with Aero Mexico and as of 4/17- 0"

Cons: "Aeromexico is a scam. I will never travel with Aeromexico again. When we arrived in Mexico City, MX the airline changed their boarding gate without notification. We were sitting at the original gate for 2 hours only to realize they never called us to board. By the time we got to the correct gate, we were not allowed to board the plane because they said we were late. The plane left at 5:00 p.m and we arrived at the gate at 4:50 p.m. They informed us that we had to purchase new tickets which cost $370 per person. There were 4 of us. After arguing with the Aeromexico representatives and supervisor for over 5 hours and having them check their flight boards they admitted to making the mistake so they changed our flights without charging us, but now our flight leaves the next day at 6:20 a.m. and we will not get to our final destination until 4:15 p.m. So, we have to spend our night sleeping in the airport until our morning flight at no fault of our own. Their customer service is the worse and I've never ever had this kind of travel experience with any other flight. I am fed up, tired, and will be reporting this airline for fraud because many other customers have had the same experience. Never again will I travel with Aeromexico and Kayak should be ashamed to partner with this airline."
