The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.

Almost no food given on a 5-hour flight (only a cookie, which is almost a joke). Boarding was a mess (as always, in Montreal boarding by zones is chaotic and the lines are a total mess). The entertainment system was old and with a limited selection.

Very nice comfortable spacy Airbus 321. I liked the offer of food on the Bistro menu. The idea is very good to pay and cost was low.

SIX HOUR FLIGHT DELAY!! $15.00 voucher to apologize. Missed our first tour in Quebec.

Disappointed my flight was delayed to TO as i had a connection to make. Ran through the airport I made my flight but I initially had 1.5 hours to connect. Unnecessary stress!

The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.

It was fine. There were a couple of mechanical delays prior to takeoff but it was overall a quick and pleasant flight.

The plane was cramped and dirty. Not enough liquid was served to stave off dehydration.
