Air Canada never runs on time. You’re lucky if your flight is not cancelled or diverted. Worst airline in the world for gas lighting its customers.
Service Director cut all cabin lights and window screens defaulted to dark, but it was an afternoon flight going west. I spent hours trying to see what was reading as reading lights weren't working either. What the hell.
The food could have been better. The flight attendant was the friendliest and most helpful I have ever had.
Almost no food given on a 5-hour flight (only a cookie, which is almost a joke). Boarding was a mess (as always, in Montreal boarding by zones is chaotic and the lines are a total mess). The entertainment system was old and with a limited selection.
Very nice comfortable spacy Airbus 321. I liked the offer of food on the Bistro menu. The idea is very good to pay and cost was low.
Received email saying that there won’t be a seat back entertainment screen and inflight WiFi would be available. But no WiFi both ways. Say it in the email.
Staff was very attentive! Food was good for premium economy airplane food. Clearly an older plane - seat back had to be pulled up manually after being reclined.
Good, only discomfort was consistent turbulence through the 3 hour flight. Not sure if in companies control though.
No frills very ordinary, charged me twice to book my seat assignment will.need to complain for reimbursement.

They delayed my flight from Toronto Pearson for one hour and Frankfurt to Abuja for 2HRS, So sad

The aircraft was old, there was no charging sockets, and the seats were narrow and uncomfortable even though I had exit row premium seats.
Very old plan, bad cabin layout and seats, entertainment system would get 95% through a film and then crash and reboot. I wont be using Lufthansa after I return back home, would rather pau more for a better flight arramgement.
The service was really good. The breakfast food could’ve been better as I don’t eat sweets for breakfast and the only choice was a muffin. Overall, good experience though. Thank you.
I wouldn't recommend Lufthansa otherwise. We took this flight only because our flight to Kittilä got cancelled and Lufthansa offered a replacement which would have been two days later, with a night in Frankfurt and another in Munich. We refused the replacement but the staff at the airport entered in the system claiming that we accepted the replacement.. We didn't get the full refund because of this.
