Enjoyed the A330 comfort, and the inseat entertainment. Horrible disembarking experience. No gate when we landed to sat on tarmac for 40 minutes, and missed my train.
Flying with Air Canada is not pleasant at all. The plane is very old, meaning that there is no on board entertainment, the leg room is less, and it is dirty and in poor repair. To make matters worse, the crew was pleasant enough on my initial fight, but very rude on the return flight. Furthermore, the website advertises many amenities for international flights that are not honored when you were flying from the US to Canada even if your flight is five hours long. Even if you are willing to purchase food, they will likely not have over half of the advertised options available. In addition, you will pay twice the amount of a child’s order for an adult order of same item even though it is the same size as the children’s. It was just really bad on many levels I will try to avoid flying with Air Canada again at all costs
Terrible! Our flight was cancelled. No other nonstop flights available. Had to rent a car and drive 7 hours!
I really enjoyed the delicious food and the delicious breakfast; I also liked the seat—it was very comfortable—and the service was absolutely wonderful. The trip was smooth.
Staff was very attentive! Food was good for premium economy airplane food. Clearly an older plane - seat back had to be pulled up manually after being reclined.
Everything ok, but it was a lot of turbulence during the flight.
There was a terrible delay upon arrival in Barcelona. The plane had to park a great distance from the terminal, and only one bus was available to make the ~15 minutes each way trip, meaning it was ~ 45 minutes after we landed that I finally entered the terminal.
Checked bag- one should be free for overseas flights. Seats were extremely uncomfortable. Will probably not fly Canada Air again.
Our flight was cancelled half hour before boarding. We then had to spend hours on the phone to get a much longer re-route through Munich with an extra 10 hours of trip time. It caused us to miss a full day of long awaited vacation. We are extremely disappointed.
Long fight… The staff is very friendly and the meal provided was nice.

This is the worst seat that I ever sat on. The length and width are great but Super uncomfortable. We felt like sitting on marble.
Had the worst service I have experienced in 45 years of flying internationally (over 100 flights). This was an 8-hour flight and the crew was completely non-responsive to any and all requests for assistance from the 200+ passengers. My wife and I each pressed the button for assistance at least 4 separate times and no crew member ever responded. Looking down the aisle, at any given time at least a dozen passengers request-for-assistance lights were on and no crew member ever assisted any of them either. Notably, it was a very smooth flight with no turbulence, so there was no reason crew members could not provide assistance. Other than two meals - one at the beginning and one at the very end, the crew did not serve water or other drinks at all. We had to get up and walk to the end of the plane to get water ourselves. The only snacks available were saltine crackers. Crew also did not collect trash except immediately after each meal. Plane was a mess and everyone was coughing at the end due to lack of water. We found the crew hanging out in the front of the plane talking to each other and laughing amongst themselves without a care in the world about the 200 passengers. One was just enjoying a book. Don’t ever fly Royal Air Maroc if you can avoid it.
Not good airline doesn't understand or recognize business class customers
On line check was unavailable even tho I was receiving emails to check in and select my seat. At the gate was told all seats were taken ahead of time and was pre assigned a bad seat. When could you check in the choose a seat ???? The ran out of all food choices in business class !!! I had nothing to eat. They told me to pre order a special meal. I don’t want a special meal I was a regular meal. Seats very uncomfortable for business class prices.
Old planes that are not being maintained with at least basic cleaning. Plane smells awful, bathrooms not cleaned either. Customer service probably one of the worst I have experienced.
Old aircraft with a terrible business class setup and poor connection experience in Casablanca. Strongly suggest you pay a bit more and fly a different airline.
