Pros: After flight delay, crew was nice and informative, gave out free headsets, food vouchers and slight flight reimbursement.

Cons: Flight was supposed to leave at 10pm, after several delays on the plane we were brought back to the gate and told at 1:30am the flight would be rescheduled for 9am that same day. After a not very organized effort to get people to a hotel so they could sleep for two or three hours and then return to go through security at 7am, I decided to get what sleep I could at the airport. They handled the delay fairly well, but we still left ~12 hours later than we expected.

Cons: We were fee'd to death. For example, this is the first time flying Air Transat where we had to pay extra for luggage and the cost was incredibly high! I feel ripped off.

Pros: Leg room was good

Cons: Food was lacking or you had to pay for it, not great on a long haul. Terrible films And tiny chairs

Cons: Pas d’ecran dans les appuie tête devant pour l’entertainment. Le siege n’a aucun ajustement pour la tête Et aucune prise usb pour charger nos appareils

Pros: I liked having an empty seat next to me?

Cons: As a big guy, the person in front of my was reclining, and literally dug into my knees. I'm 6'3" so I'm not like abnormally large, but yeah. If there was someone sitting next to me this flight would have been absolutely horrendous. Also, no radio? No TV, what is this? the 80s? Earlier?

Pros: The crew was nice and I felt very safe and cared for.

Cons: The seat could have been more comfortable to sleep on

Pros: Very professional and cordial staff.

Cons: No water at the sink in the bathroom.

Pros: Exit row window seat with empty row beside me. Next to washroom. Got 2hours sleep. All I can ask for.

Cons: Business class upgrade for free.

Pros: Friendly crew. A couple of very recent movies. Individual screen.

Cons: Narrow space, especially for my legs, but also my arms. Too much selling of duty free. That woke me up when I finally slept.

Pros: Boarding was almost on time. Crew was good.

Cons: Why did I pay additional $200 dollars to check 1 bag? $70 Canadian there, $50 pounds back (converted to $100 on my bank app.) Ridiculous won't be flying this airline again. Food was terrible - didn't eat. The crew didn't turn off the plane lights to MCR overnight flight, didn't sleep even 1 minute.

Pros: There was an empty seat next to mine so could stretch my legs...

Cons: Late departure, late arrival... Had to use a ptv which took forever. Had to run for connection flight.

Cons: Exit seat wasnt a full exit seat just a slightly larger row and did not recline. Seats were smaller than usual too.

Pros: Flight,crew, meal and entertainment were good.

Cons: Our luggage was lost on our connecting flight in Montreal. Not happy with that. However, it was delivered to our home 2 days later.

Cons: Not anyone's fault but the plane was filled with crying babies...the overnight flight was difficult.

Cons: Our luggage was lost on our connecting flight in Montreal. Not happy with that. However, it was delivered to our home 2 days later.

Pros: Air Transat provide excellent service with affordable prices. I have arrived late to check-in desk due to unexpected traffic but Air Transat team was very supportive, even helped us to cross the customs in no-time until the gate of the plane without interrupting the flight time. Highly Recommended.

Pros: Flight arrived early, was uneventful with great helpful cabin staff. I did not eat so can’t rate the food, and there is no inflight wifi or screens so that is not applicable in rating my trip. Excellent short hop on a shiny new aircraft, with pretty tight seating.
