Pros: "Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home."

First flight came in a few mixtures late, but then we had to wait our long turn to deplane, get on bus and wait for it to fill up with all slower passengers, drive to terminal, make it through passport control, take train to other terminal, and run 20 gates down where they were looking for us. We made it with 1 minute to spare from takeoff. They knew our bags were connecting and they made it. If they could've expedited our passage with a club car it would have been excellent."

Despite 5 calls to Swiss to reroute me out of Montreal, an airport I could actually get to, they would not relent. I finally just drove there and a really nice agent changed my flight since Logan was closed and all public transport was shut down. Even if my scheduled flight from boston wasn't canceled (I have no idea) they were incredibly unhelpful about the fact that I physically could not get to logan in time for my flight. (Mass DOT was asking everyone to stay off ALL roads). THEN on the way home, they would NOT let me fly back to Montreal where my car was!! WAY TOO RIGID RULES. Screw the customer!"

When sitting upright and the person in front reclined, i looked at their head and if I crossed my arms, it would touch the seat in front. Could not pick up pillow that dropped on the floor, could not bend around the seat in front. Very hard to get out to use the toilet. Felt very claustrophobic."

Bording stuart said that my ticket is ECO LIGHT class and I don't have the right to any baggage. Worst thing of all was that the reason of my trip to Paris was my sister's graduation and half of the baggage was my formal wear and other half were presents for my sister! Your lack of transparency ruined one in lifetime special event- MY SISTER'S GRADUATION. I am very glad that you asked me for my opinion because I am using my free time to demand full refund, even tough the damage is much bigger than the cost of the ticket and it's irreplaceable."

Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. Cons: "... on top of that I kindly requested to speak with a supervisor and i was denied it. As a customer I deserved that. I would a ticket with Aerolineas and nowhere it said it was delta. I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

The problem was never fixed and we haven’t flown home yet. We have new flights booked on Delta but only because Delta took pity....West Jet does no refunds or reticketing. If flights are missed you're out on of luck!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed just as we were about to board at 5:30. There was a mechanical problem and we were changed to another plane and another gate, which was supposed to take off at 6:30. It was boarded and ready to go around 7:00. Then....we taxied down the runway only to stop because of a situation on THIS plane (a light that did not go off). It was fixed pretty quickly and meanwhile a rep. from Delta boarded the plane, apologizing for our inconvenience and handed out Jolly Ranchers. REALLY? After that, she and the flight attendants did give us a free drink/headset coupon. That would have been nice but it expires Dec. 2017 and the flight attendant stopped serving drinks about half way down the aisle because the flight was so short. The coupon will be of no use to me. I finally got to Raleigh about 9:30...I booked the flight so I wouldn't have to drive at night.. Sigh....Delta used to be my favorite airline."

Also, I asked for a scotch after take off and it was a small shot and after dinner I asked for another and it was just a whisper. It did not even cover one ice cube. It would have been nice to get at least a full shot."

I ended up paying additional $750 CAD just to change my itinary. This was a very sad experience will never use kayak or recommend to others. My booking number is T28V67. They should have customer service agents to advise people."

I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! Cons: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 hours. was not able to make connecting flight in Amsterdam. No flights from Amsterdam to final destination in the US. Lost one full day. Had to stay overnight. What a cluster mess. Will never fly with KLM airlines and would not recommend. Will spend a little extra money and fly on other airlines......very poor, disorganized, and horrendous flight experience. Buyer beware."

Cons: "Taking off late caused me stress because I had transferring flight within less than two hours in transit originally. So we arrived later about 50 minutes so I had to manage my situation and find my next gate and be on time. And an other thing that I disliked was that I was allowed to have only one baggage which was very unusual for international flight between two countenances. And the crew was not polite enough so she made fun of my Cary-on. In short, I expected more from KLM which is famous for them being "Royal" but not acting as one of them."

The Interior was clean, and the leg room in economy was absolutely excellent. The Staff was outstanding, and showed the utmost professionalism at all times."
Cons: "All my complaints are things neither Finnair nor the Crew could have helped. Turbulance was minor but constant. Some passengers rude enough to cut in front of the bathroom lines, and pretend not to comprehend English when they do. The Pork Dish and Breakfast dish were awful, however I recognize it isn't Finnish food, but a Korean variety. Two babies kept crying and screaming, for almost a solid 4 hours. I wasn't aware infants had the lung capacity or developed vocal chords to do such a feat. It also seemed like the parents were ignoring their babies not even trying to console them. Absolutely out of the hands of the staff, and I do not blame them for that. The only reason why the flight was so low, was simply because of things out of their hands. This is just a review of this specific flight, not the company itself."

He said everyone else seemed to get served what was my problem and I pointed out the girl next to me was also skipped to which he turned around and never walked down my aisle again. Also, the lack of wiFi on this leg was a disappointment as it was available on the trip to Barcelona. That goes a long way to making the long trip more enjoyable."

The crew on board was ok, at best. The food was the poorest we had in both flights we took (we travelled from Barcelona to JFK, New York, and from JFK to YVR, Vancouver). We were most pleased with our flight from New York to Vancouver, with Cathay Pacific, who, by comparison, had very helpful and pleasant staff both at the JFK Airport and on board."
